      I have noticed over the last three or four years there has been a steady decline in service at this bank. All the good employees that knew me and greeted me by name departed one by one in a shirt amount of time. This bank seems to cater to the ESL crowd now. When the lobby was open the wait time got longer and longer and there were often two, sometimes three counter employees trying to help people who did not speak English. It got to be insulting andannoying to try to do a simple transaction

      We have used them as our personal bank for 20 years and we have never had anything but pleasant and efficient service. The drive thru is a little crazy, but this location is packed in a tight space, so it is what it is. If the drive thru is backed up, I just go to the walk up ATM inside or go to a teller. No complaints here!

      My wife and I went to deal with her mother's account since she passed away. We were told we couldn't be seen today and needed to make an appointment, earliest of which is 6 days away. They used to hold my paychecks for 3 days despite never having an overdraft AND paying for overdraft protection, just in case until I got an account with a better bank. They actively work against customer service. Take your business elsewhere. The shrubs on the St. James Avenue side block the view of the street so you can't see oncoming cars, giving them another chance to hurt you as you leave.

      If I could put zero stars I would just today I walked into the door and she was making people walk out even though there were still people in there getting the checks cashed I don’t have an account at Bank of America and now I cannot cash my check at any kind of check cash or secondary check cash or anything else because I signed it right then and there and she didn’t tell me that she was closed

      Horrible branch for months now. Never know when the lobby is going to be open or closed and never has business change on hand. Take your banking to SCFCU or Navy Fed.

      This bank absolutely needs to figure out what they are doing, this is the closest bank to and it's like every other week they randomly close the whole office, I make weekly deposits for my clients at this branch and it's really frustrating when I can't do that and have to go out of my way to summerville that doesn't have a drive through option. If yall are going to randomly close just close up the whole building and put something in it's place bc clearly yall have some issues. You all could have at least had 2 people in this building and allowed people to use the drive through.

      Opened an account with them online. Deposited an $1800.00 unemployment check issued from BoA. They locked the account for 8days, closed my account, reported me to check system and now I can't open a checking account anywhere for 5 years. BLACK FLAGGED so to speak. Lied to me saying they cut and mailed my money back to me on the 10th and should expect it NO LATER than Monday the 16th. When it didn't get approved until the 12th. At which time it had to be reviewed for 3 days before it could be mailed. And would take 7- 10 days to reach me. They were concerned that a government unemployment check written by Bank of America would be returned to Bank of America for insufficient funds. And I may have committed some form or fraudulent act. Being a tattoo artist I can safely perform my art with social distancing. Impossible to tattoo from 6 ft away. So surviving on unemployment is essential. 15 days and counting is where BoA has stranded me. And could be more than a week to go. I will never give bank of america another chance to show me their all mighty power. Ps. The human condition should trump store policy at some point.

      I go to this branch almost everyday for our business deposits and dread every minute of it! They are either closed for some reason, like weather or because the do not have staffing! STAFFING they do not have and it really hurts their customer service. I don't think anyone likes to wait in a line, but it happens sometimes. Well, at this branch it is a daily occurrence! They might have 2 tellers on if that, then a lot of people walking around with clipboards asking, "do you need a deposit slip?' When we really want then to help with our banking needs. Don't they cross utilize employees? They should! you have people in line for at least 20 minutes and an employee is sitting in their office surfing the web ....I would love it if my employer would change banks.

      Drive thru is the worst. They needs to hire more tellers. The lady is always working the front counter & drive thru at one time. It's never been a in & out. 30 min or more wait time. Unfortunately they are the closest BOA..

      After waiting 20 minutes to speak with someone, I’ve had someone get into my PlayStation account, and was told there was nothing they could after getting off the phone with customer service I was told the same thing. Not cancel my card or anything what’s the point of having a banking institution that is just there to show you self service options when those options fail. That’s fine Bank of America. You have finally broke the straw on the camels back. After being 7/8 months pregnant watching my bank account dwindle down to nothing this the service I get except to contact playstation. But my boyfriend banks with you guys too but you flagged his charges and stopped his payments but not mine!!! Thank You so much Bank of America you guys rock!
