  New Customer here. I opened my new account using the TX LTC ID card (lost my DL ID card) at another branch but attempted to deposit money into my account at this branch just to find out the manager is either anti-gun, isn’t aware of the state IDs in their policies or plain and simple racist toward Hispanics. How could I open my account with this state ID but the manager here refused to allow me to deposit money???? Again, either racist or anti-gun or lazy to look at their policies

  I have been banking for a while with Chase bank but had a really bad experience recently. Was at this location to deposit some money and the ATM machine took my funds and did not credit my account. I have been on the phone with them several times and all they are doing is giving me the runaround. what they are telling me on the phone keeps changing and I have yet to get an answer as to why they cannot give me my money. its been a couple days and still do not see anything happening. Not to forget was the poor service I received at the bank when I got this issue. Have always loved chase and really sad that I may be looking for a new bank if this is not resolved immediately

  The teller assisted me and was nice. I had a problem with my account she could not rectify so she sent me to a banker. The banker helped me until her appointment came in and told me I would have to come back later. I asked if anyone in the building could assist me and she said no I would have to come back. My account has been locked with no explanation as to why and literally no employee can look it up. Terrible customer service by the banker. She was rude and unwilling to even see if someone could assist me. After this experience I will be leaving chase. Basically all the bad reviews are correct.

  This is quite possibly the worst Chase Bank location I've ever been to. This is the closest to my office and I went in to get a cashier's check, had the document filled out and my ID ready to go, and the teller asks me if I have my debit card, I said no but I can enter the pin or give you an additional ID, she then states due to the amount I need a manager override. Now, I've already been waiting 10 minutes since there was only one teller, then I'm now waiting another 10, and she states, can you take your ID and have a seat, my manager is busy. I asked if someone else could expedite and she said no, they can't. I took the form and my ID, left, drove 2 miles to the Cooper St location, and they were kind, and I was in and out in 5 minutes total. I spent over 20 minutes at the Matlock location for absolutely nothing. Poor service, and lack of support is unacceptable. I tried calling the Matlock branch after I left the Cooper location and of course, nobody answered the phone.....at a bank....during business hours. This is why Capital One is my primary bank and not Chase.

  Do not bank here, they are clueless. The only way to talk to a real banker is calling the 1-800 number and waiting 2 hours.

  Neither ATM inside nor outside work do not waste your time this is every day and every night. Go somewhere else.

  Out of the 9+ years using Chase, this is the absolute worst location. Walked in to speak with a banker. Ignored. No acknowledgment with multiple Employees who walked by. Waited 15+ min to finally speak to a teller to be told that they can’t assist and there are absolutely no bankers available. I live out of state and called the day before to specifically ask if, we needed an appointment and were told no. Never been treated so poorly by chase. Will gladly switch banks after this experience.

  Shawn the manager is awesome. He understands and go out of his way to help. I pass up all other chase banks when I have a issue due to knowing he will do his best to help.

  Disregard any negative comments. I recently switched to Chase and honestly it’s the best possible bank out there! Every time I walk in this branch all the tellers and reps are ready to serve me and greet me with a smile. Wow! Such an amazing company and great service. I have only had one fraud issue and my money was returned the same day. Thank you!

  I had great experiences every time I stopped by at this location. All my bank needs were taken care quickly, accurately and most of all the staffs were very friendly. One time, I came just few minutes before 6:00 PM (when the bank should be closed), and they were willing to stay late with me just to have my paper done. Thank you!
