      I am beyond frustrated. I paid my lease off back on Feb 9 and within the FedEx was the payoff check and the odometer required paperwork. Well seems they took the check and disregarded the paperwork. After numerous calls I find out they did not release my title because they did not receive the odometer reading. So I sent that yet again this time by email. Weeks later still no title and after several calls one agent actually took the extra few minutes to look into this. She had no idea why they still had yet to release my title. I get a letter in the mail yesterday thanking me for paying off my lease on MARCH 12. OMG I am ready to scream!!! They sure got their monthly payments on time throughout the lease term and I can't get my title!!!!!

      I recently financed my truck with MODE by GM Financial. I paid over $600 for registration fees. When I went to the town clerk in late January to finalize the registration process, only $2.00 was sent from the title company to cover the registration fees. I had to pay out of pocket to finalize the registration. I have been trying for almost a month to receive a refund for the overpayment. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. Whenever I called to speak with the service manager, she was either in a meeting or not in the building. Promises to return my call by day's end never occur. Recently, I was told she does not have the ability to return my call at this time. The service representatives at MODE can not help me with this issue or offer anyone else who can. My experience with the financing process with MODE was also frustrating! I found the service representatives to be uninformed and not willing to listen to my concerns. In retrospect, I should not be surprised with how they currently choose to ignore my concern. My experience with MODE continues to be frustrating. I certainly would not consider using this service again!

      I really enjoy this company and the Team Leads were great and very helpful. I learned alot from them when got out of nesting. The only thing I would say that needed changing is listening more to the reps about coming in contact of people who tested positive with Covid and not allowing us to do nesting at home

      This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've called more than 10 times trying to get a copy of my title faxed to my bank so I could refinance my vehicle. I've had to request a second 10 day payoff letter because it's taking so long. Apparently GM Financial doesn't want me to refinance the loan because they would stop getting my money, well the truth is I'll never finance another loan through GM Financial ever again after this ordeal is over

      My car was totaled on January 23, 2019 after I had it since December 2015. During that time, I had never been late on a payment, but GM Financial called me today to tell me my account is past due 29 days because they pro-rated my payments due for February and March. During this time, they received over $14,000 in payments towards my account, but they didn't apply them like a payment so they charged me a late fee. They said they had sent me letters about this, but I never received anything and my account dashboard online kept saying the amount due for the month was $0. When you call, they transfer you to several different people after being on hold for an hour, then they say it will take days to get the paperwork that you request, and that they will gladly take your payment over the phone (after everything they have done the last few months lying to me, I wasn't about to do that). So now, I guess they are going to report my late payment and mess up my credit because they have terrible customer service. Oh, and they can't share information across departments. People can't tell you anything about your total loss vehicle without transferring you to that department and putting you on hold again. The online chat feature might as well not exist since all they say is "I apologize, please call us at". I will never finance a car with them again, and have already filed a BBB claim about their business practices.

      I inquired on social media for something and Stephanie S contacted me directly via phone. She didn’t have my answer but tried to locate it for me even though it was out of her scope. She was professional, clear, spoke well, and tried everything to get me an answer. She was great! It wasn’t even for a loan so I’m sure those inquiring in her field of expertise are being provided an exceptional service. Great Job!!

      GM Financial has one of the WORST customer service teams I have ever experienced. We had an issue with autopay going down on GM's website and it affected our credit. We have 2 loans with them and have never missed a payment other than the one that happened in this case. It rolled and rolled into every payment after that resulting in 3 reports to the credit bureaus. When we called, we were told it was from a $40 use tax and to dispute the credit reporting and they wouldn't fight it. We called back just to make sure a week later and were told something completely different by Aretha and her team. They were RUDE, condescending,unable to problem solve, and just horrible to deal with. Absolutely the worst experience with any customer service.

      HORRIBLE GHETTO COMPANY Super unprofessional I am so shocked and disgusted . Their website has been down for like 2 weeks ! I have been trying to pay my first bills since ! I called multiple times to get the payment in system down errors everywhere ! You can't go online either system maintenance. Never received anything in the mail ! I called the dealer about 100 times they had to reach out to their rep who states the system should be up " today" It was still down until 10ish am . I ended up calling customer service after waiting almost 45 mins . She basically told me 1) she can't give out my account number I have to wait for the statement to come in the mail whenever that may be . she blamed the holiday mail delay . That's fine but that eliminates the online payment option because just to register you need your account number . 2 ) she told me over the phone payments will be charged 7 - 10 bucks more , I asked if it could be waived because this is the first time they have picked up since the system was down and if I had my account number I could of set it up online but again the system is down which is their fault !. she told me NO she can't waive it . I ask to speak with a manager and was told Ms. chambers should be calling me back , I really doubt anyone will call me back ! I'm going to the BBB and anywhere else I can go horrible terrible scam company RUN RUN RUN .... oh I just called to make the payment with the auto number its asking for my account number which I do not have WO W!!! I never tried so hard in my life to pay a bill

      My husband was recently medically disabled from the military for heart disease and we moved across country. We took new jobs and we got sick with the Flu. He was in the hospital for 3 days and our paycheck from me missing work and his being in the hospital was smaller. So we called GM to ask if we could make a payment on the 1st for a bigger payment to cover the payment on the the 15th of the previous month we didn't have enough for. We had paid half of the previous month already and just needed a cushion. They said absolutely. Then we paid the higher payment on the 29th of April covering half of April and the other half of March. We got dings on our phones saying that they reported us as 30 days late. We called and talked to Sherri and Brett from management and they were heartless and said they didn't care and would help us terminate the lease instead of contacting the credit bureaus to let them know we were never actually late and had made a scheduled payment with them that posted and was verified in their system. Very unprofessional company, prejudiced against military veterans and unwilling to stand by their own notes in their system.

      Awful customer service... as others have mentioned on here, we have never had such a hard time trying to pay a bill! We are just trying to send you our money that we owe, please make it easier to make payments after lease end.
