  Who else just got robbed of a entire paycheck because of the way they did there child tax credit . Hole entire paycheck gone and they played the loop hole of oh its a over draft ....that's 1500 more than my over draft amount magically . This is the most corrupt bank that is only out to ruin the lives of its members for the own gain

  Navy Federal Credit Union (Elizabeth Town, Ky) provided me with one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a bank. After being guaranteed and arrangements being made prior to my arrival for me to pick up a check from one of my customers, I traveled to this branch 2 1/2 hrs to be treated rudely and not receive assistance on the matter. The head teller (red headed man whom was sweating perfusely) not only lied to me but treated the other teller as if she was stupid and incompetent. Then the branch manager arrived and greeted me with “I was at the doctor with my daughter but because of you I had to come in”. Not one person at the branch would assist me even knowing that they knew I was coming and why prior to me traveling there. It was obvious that both the head teller and branch manager were just incompetent and didn’t know how to do their jobs or treat their customers.

  Everyone is so friendly and helpful at Navy! The online & app banking is simple and efficient, and if I need help the phone operators are knowledgeable and nice! This great experience makes it hard for me to use other local credit unions.

  Umm made way more sense for the third shift folks like myself when they opened at 7 or 8 But hey....guess you only get covid in businesses That kept there normal operating hours right

  Love banking with NFCU and had a great visit. My husband and I went in to look at our options for a VA Home Loan and not only was it really simple and the lady was really understanding, she was also very clear and concise with the information

  Best group of people working there than at any other financial institution i have been associated with. Tonni, Autumn, Tim, Charity, Emily and Caleb have all helped me with various issues as they have arisen with respect and competence. All the whiners on this page know you have caused your own problems, stop trying to blame NFCU.

  Navy Federal helped me out with a scam caller. The associate was very helpful and directed me to what I need to do. Navy Federal has really earned my trust and business.

  I have banked at several banks in our area over a period of year's, and Navy Federal CU is the bank of choice, I am greeted as if I'm worth million's every time I visit any of the locations. I am very proud to be a member of the NFCU.

  I agree with over half these statement...i want to add they are discriminative horrible under pressure and at this specific location the branch manager herself Tony is a horrible leader I was just at this location the other day I was giving service by the branch manager who plays my card on the counter I let that slide and then place my statement on the counter I asked her two hand that in my hand she stated no I'm not going to I'm going to hand you this paper and you can take your paper in either sit down or go I have formed her you're right you're going to hand me my paper in my hand she looked at me and said we're not going to do this today I took that as discrimination it told me that I can pick my paper up and call the police at that point as a manager this whole situation should have been avoided I informed her she can do what she has to do but I am a customer and out of respect I asked for her to put that paper in my hand she called the police I stood outside waiting on the police I contact the corporate and regards to this matter corporate said that they would handle it and did nothing I went to the branch to pay my bill the next day and I was told that I wasn't allowed to come back and handle any inside transactions when I was discriminated humiliated and everything in front of everyone so all I have to say for this bank is I hope people recognize you and your employees for who you really are and snatch they money out their bank before it's too late the only thing that stands behind your bank is the name and I feel sorry for the military line that allowed you to put Navy in front of it they informed me they pull the cameras will if you pulled the cameras you will see that I had said not more than five words that is woman plus I have customers whose more than willing name and numbers who more than willing to testify against this manager and that's the sad part she's a manager but hey I did my part and I was violated and kicked out and still discriminated on top of discrimination I'll let God handle the rest good luck to whoever tries to decide to put their money in this Bank this happen 5/04/2019 @elizabethtown ky
