  I got a loan on an ar pistol and 4 mags,I went in today to pick up my property and paid 600 dollars on the loan to get my property. They took my money then handed me my property. I looked through the bag and saw I was missing 1 mag, so I let the clerk know, he went in the back came out said he doesn't have it and he will call me if he finds it. I said I want my property now, he threatened to throw me out and called the cops. Needless to say they stole my magazine!!! Very unprofessional and just thefts!!!!

  I brought a zero turn mower into this pawn shop. I have done business with them for several years. The owner of the shop looked at the mower and advised me that he could only get $300 to $400 Dollars for the mower. I understand that a pawn shop is not going to pay anyone top dollar for any item sold to them. However, he offered me a weapon in trade due to his suggestion that he was selling the mower for $300 dollars. I saw it at the location a few days later with a $1500 price tag in it... beware of this pawn shop they will rob you given the chance. As spoken no one will get top dollar from a pawn shop but he completely misrepresented the offer to me. I will never buy anything from them again.

  I have to be honest here I've only visited this place a few times. However the few purchases that I made we're great. I purchased a laptop from this pawn shop over 9 years ago and guess what? The laptop is still running. I've made a few upgrades to it over the years but by far the best laptop I've ever owned. I walked in not wanting to spend as much money as I did but I'm glad the guy talked me into purchasing this laptop.

  This is the best Pawn Shop in Elizabethtown and surrounding counties. They go out of their way to help you. The owner of this shop is such a nice and fair man. The customer service of this pawn shop is extraordinary. They will always have a customer with me and my friends and family.

  Nicest people I've ever met. They are very fair with prices and always treat me right. Greet me soon as I come in I've bought some super nice things at prices couldn't get anywhere else and products are in top condition.And always give it to me straight to give me best loan options for anything I take in. I wouldn't go to another pawn shop for my loans and shopping. Thank you Dixie Pawn !

  There are the best to go when needing a little help for tough times .. The people who work there are very nice and respectful. And I have 2 rings that need replacement diamonds and he does the work for a very great price instead of 2000 to put new in my rings he does way cheaper and very great work can't even tell where they where put in .. I would highly recommend people to come here for just about anything ..they are the best .. thank u all for such a great experience...

  Im Glad everyone else had a better experience then us...this made it our 2nd attempt to pawn with them and they basically spit in our face... we came to them over a year ago too and nothing has changed... We had right around $800 worth of items. We only asked to pawn the items for $125 and they only wanted to give us $40... wow.... Unbelievable so we went across the street to Etown Pawn & Gun they gave us exactly what we needed and didn't have to give them half of the items we were trying to pawn here.. So thanks for nothing but a 2nd chance to see how you all really do business... ha leitchfield ky even gave us a better offer the last time we tried to pawn 😂 WOW!!! Unbelievable!!!!

  I'm absolutely astounded at the terrible costumer service over these past couple of months. 3 of 4 people I dealt with today have been downright rude, and treated me as though I was stupid, or some form of criminal. I was pleasant up until I had enough of the constant jabs at me and the item I was looking to sell (Which is very rare that I ever do sell anything, and the only thing wrong with it is that no one in the store seemed to know a thing about it..) from, Who I would assume to be the owner. That behavior, was completely unacceptable, and I refuse to spend more money in this establishment, (As I have done for several years,) In other words, They've lost my business. Unfortunately, the second individual I dealt with was a decent guy, I've dealt with him several times before, when buying several musical instruments from there. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to save my business. Shame too, because I had my eye on a few things there.

  Very nice people. Always reasonable and fair. I've been to other shops and there so rude. Not this place! I highly recommend going here from the start. Don't waste your time at other pawn shops! Great place!
