  This place is outstanding! Renee and her crew are amazing and truly care about the people they service. We have purchased a couple of homes now, and never have we had the service we received with Veterans United Home Loans Fort Knox. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and never left us wondering. Renee met with us at our convenience even though the office was closed due to our work schedules. It didn't matter whether it was late at night or early in the morning, Renee answered phone calls, emails, and drop ins even when it was just to reassure us of any concerns. They make you feel like you are family! We would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a house who wants quality service from dedicated people! Thank you Renee and Christina and the rest of Veterans United Home Loans Fort Knox!! You guys are awesome!!!

  Bottom Line Up Front: Renee Young and her staff are professional, available, quick to respond to request and knowledgeable in their field. Renee assisted me in my first VA Loan home purchase. She educated me on the advantages of the VA Loan versus a conventional loan. Whenever I emailed her I always received an immediate response, even after business hours. When I phoned, if she was unavailable to speak with me her staff was able to help me out. I just bought my 3rd home and I encountered several unusual contract/negotiation issues along the way. Whereas a typical loan closes in about 22 days, my loan took almost 3 full months to get to closing. With that being said, my loan could have closed in the first month if it had not been for the unusual contract/negotiation issues. Veterans United told me what paperwork to give them and processed me timely. It was simple, my W2s and a couple of LESs. They have a professional relationship with the closing attorney and were able to put me in touch with them when I needed extra help with some of the real estate transaction issues. Renee was able to lock in an awesome rate for me and was able to save me on some of my closing costs too! Out of my two prior closings, working with Renee and her team was the best experience, in fact it was the first time I felt like I actually had a relationship with my lender versus just someone having me sign documents and submit items. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market to purchase a home with a VA Loan.

  NFCU dropped the ball and had us in between people, so anxious right before closing we asked our realtor to recommend another lender. Best decision ever! They went above and beyond, worked off hours to ensure we were on track.

  Veteran’s United made the process very simple & pain free. We’ve previously been through this with other companies, but they can’t hold a candle to how Veteran’s United handled the process & communicated with us. Marty & his team were amazing!
