  We have been working with Jesse to refinance our home. He has been incredible. The level of personalized attention and professionalism that we experience with Jesse has been such a breath of fresh air. When Jesse provided us with the initial quote he gave us three different payment scenarios and also created a video thoroughly explaining those scenarios.   It was a very good experience working with Jesse to get the best rate and deals refinancing my mortgage. He is expert in his craft providing me different options that fits my needs. My closing got delayed due to apostille requirement of my situation but I still got the rate we initially discussed. He and his staff is too responsive immediately replying with my concerns, clarifications and issues either through email, text or call. Thank you and stay safe.

  A friend of mine recommeded Jesse Rivera based on his experience with his refi with Jesse. I got cost and rate information from three lenders regarding my refi and Jesse at Borrow Smart Mortgage significantly beat the competition. Jesse's information and communication were exactly what occured as we moved through the process and there were no surprises. Their data request was reasonable and their secure portal was easy to use. I started getting vendor data in early January, selected Jesse on 1/8 and completed the process and closed the transaction mid February. Jesse and the the team that supported this transaction were easy to work with, communicated well and were extremely responsive. I hignly recommend Jesse Rivera and will definitely recomend him to my friends.

  I refinanced my home with Jesse and received stellar service. He was very direct (as I had requested) and also was fair and honest. I advised I was not in a rush to refinance but could quickly upload docs within an hour once the rate I was looking for was available. He shared that he would keep an eye out and was easy to work with. I prefer conducting my business online primarily, and he was very responsive to e-mails. With the large influx of Refi's due to rates being at all time lows, the underwriting process was a bit longer than usual, but it can be expected as banks are flooded with requests. Jesse and his loan processor were both diligent and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.
