I visited this branch today and I had the worst experience ever!! I’ve never felt more discriminated against in my life!! I went see the security transfer agent to get a medallion signature. When she approached me she had the stamp in her hand but took one look at me and said very rudely “I’m not signing that” I finally got her to at least take a look a my documents. She took a copy of my contract but still refuses to stamp it. Those documents had my signature and social security number on them. She never returned them. Also stated the UCC code to her which she was very ignorant. According to Section 8-401 of the UCC The transfer agent is liable to persons presenting certificates or transfer instructions for losses resulting from any unreasonable delays in registration or from a failure or refusal to register the transfer, pledge, or release. In view of this liability, registered transfer agent should implement sufficient internal controls to ensure that securities transfers are not delayed by the rejection of acceptable signature guarantees. One example of an appropriate internal control is to have an appropriate level of transfer agent management review all rejected signature guarantees and any related follow-up there to. This branch can use a diversity training coarse. I plan on filing a complaint with the Secretary of State etc.

Intially Spent 20 minutes on hold just to ask a simple question. Between having to be transferred several times and holds the call ended up being 35 minutes. Don't bank with navy federal if timely customer service is what you're looking for. They'd rather have you talk to an automated system or go on line.

It is a relief to have a Navy Fed branch in the upper California area since there barely any military presence. The lines were short and I was greeted with a warm welcome.

ATM ate $109. And they refuse to call back. I'll get a hold of someone then be told I'll get a call back the next day. Well now it's been almost a month, where is the phone call from the person who did the audit like I was promised. At this point they're basically thieves.

Navy federal since 2002, have had not a problem ever. Had my vehicle stolen which also contained my wallet. All ID’s, credit cards gone……… important note I’m from out of state, on business trip. Navy federal was down the street so I went to store. I went in and sat down with a representative of navy federal. She asked for ID, I explained the situation. She told me to leave the bank and they could do nothing. She did not even want to turn off my card report fraud nothing. Just said get out! This bank needs a plan for events that warrant immediate remedy. Needless to say after the affairs have been fixed I’m still debating moving banks. Out of all the events that morning that took place the bank I have trusted told a customer to get out in the most needed moment.

I’m really consider another Bank. For some reason transactions are being made with out me authorizing them. It’s highly frustrating when 2000 dollar are being automatically transferred. SMH, no more online banking for me.

I LOVE being a member of Navy Fed. I have the absolutely lowest interest rate credit card. I have an inexpensive and simple-to- get auto loan with them. The 24/7 customer service is super convenient and the reps are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. And the iPhone app is superb! I wish all apps were as easy and intuitive to use. Love, love, love Navy Fed! Ok

Navy Federal is the WORST Bank I have experienced. If you are military GO TO USAA they take care of military families and always show great customer service. My exs sister was able to walk in to a branch location and pretented she was me without an ID and fake my signiture to remove me from my account and took all my money. NFCU does not protect your privacy and my family and I have experienced many other faudulent activites. DO NOT BANK HERE

Terrible customer service. Anytime I use my card online they cancel my card and tell me to come into the branch, which is an hour and a half away from my house. I told them I’m just going to cancel my account, their response was “that’s fine, we have plenty of customers” What a fine way to treat your veterans. A horrible company.
