John Public3When I came to the bank and explained I need copies of my old checks today I was told I would have to make an appointment for another day. I felt disappointed and said it couldn’t wait because of an IRS audit deadline. Mary Diaz took the time to get my records for me. Thanks again for her help and support during a stressful time.

vex vex1they are very well aware of the 1st and 15th when not only peoole get paid, but store employees come to get their change and today is 15th with 2 tellers moving at the speed of 2 racing turtles, a line that stretches outside of 15 people and tellers attitude is:" you can wait, its our noney and you need the money not me"

donna Petersen5We were thrilled to have Erica Taylor handle our mom's accounts after her passing. Erica was very personable and friendly. She is extremely knowledgeable concerning her job. She made us feel so comfortable and explained every step we were doing. I wish more people serving the public were as inviting as Erica . She definitely made our visit extremely pleasurable.

Mandy D1Worst branch ever!! They never answer phone calls I called them many times then I went inside this branch to check and still phone was ringing but nobody was picking it up....Bankers are very arrogant I’m gonna close my account with this bank
