  I recently took out a loan at the institute branch and I just wanted to take a moment to thank the wonderful team at this location. Their entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way. Lupe who works at the front desk for the loan department Was extremely business oriented and efficient in her work taking the time to fill out paperwork that most banks would have made me fill out! And making sure everything was orchestrated in a timely manner. Mike was extremely personable and and gave me some good financial tips to help me throughout the course of the loan. Miss Carmen was my loan officer that help me through out the entire process of the loan, even taking time to take my phone calls throughout the day to help me with details and questions that I had during the process. I could not have done it without all of this help. I really appreciate the sincerity and the work ethic shown. Keep up the good work!

  I can only say the best about my experience with the credit union. Michael Aguirre was not only knowledge but also very friendly and patient with me. This is my very first car loan and he made it a smooth process. From opening my account with the credit union to the actual signing of my loan papers I was treated amazing. I will definitely move my accounts to the credit union. :)

  I’ve been a member for a long time and the customer service at SWRCFCU has always been outstanding! I recently took out a car loan online and I wanted to take a moment to thank Carmen Estrada.   I applied for a loan and worked with Mike on it. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The process was easy. I've been a member for years and plan to stay one. Update: My husband and I just refinanced our car loans through the credit union. Wow! The work Mike put into getting us such a great rate was amazing. He and Carmen are the Dream Team!

  I have been a member since July 1981. In all my years as a member I have taken out many loans. Some loans were for important things, and some were for non-important things. Carmen Estrada is the only loan officer I have had handle my loans. She represents the Institute and credit union at a very high level. Carmen is a very good role model for the credit union. I have never once in all my years as a member, seen anything but respect and loyalty from her, to the credit union members. A big "thank you" to all the tellers for not only being "tellers", but friends that I have dealt with over the years, and always making my banking experiences a pleasure. I look forward to many more years as a Southwest Research Credit Union member.

  As always the great folks at SWRFCU are nothing short of blessings. My wife and I were please to be assisted by Mr. Mike Aguirre who helped us secure the loan we needed for my wife's new car.   I have been a member for over 25+ years and truly enjoy the utmost professional service everyone provides. Starting with the tellers they are awesome! Lupe the front desk representative has given me the service everyone deserves, GREAT JOB!. Lastly, Carmen, my loan officer, well she continues to give me her professionalism, advice, and truly respect my needs. I highly give a SHOUT OUT to everyone :)

  My wife works for SWRI and we used SWRCFCU for our loan needs. Carmen Estrada, did a wonderful job for as at the SWRI campus branch. We will continue do use them in the future. Carmen made everything go smoothly! Highly recommend!

  I recently took out a home equity loan at Southwest Research Center FCU and had a great experience! My loan officer was Karen Mathias and it was great working with her. She explained the process so I could understand it and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule to get the everything processed quickly! The interest rate was competitive and the credit union didn't gouge me with all these fees even though some of the paperwork had to be sent electronically to me)! I highly recommend checking out this credit union if you are thinking about taking out a loan!
