  Have had a wonderful experience with them and it is so nice to have a local branch in West Georgia. I have used them for several auto loans and the experience was seamless. In and out in about 20 minutes, very polite and efficient staff, especially in the midst of short-staffing due to a pandemic. I would definitely recommend using NFCU if you are able, their products and service are difficult to beat.

  The worst ATM. It never let's you deposit money. And it will take your card. This gas been an ongoing issue with them. They never have enough tellers inside and they super sllloowwww

  Every staff member at this location was punctual and friendly. I arrived 20 early and they addressed me and keep me abreast to when they will be opening. Once in side the wonderful customer did not stop. Great staff and high positive energy atmosphere!

  Took over two hours to have a notary sign a piece of paper. It’s always busy here, they never have staff and everyone always has to wait.

  The customer service needs Some seriously, customer service training they acted like if you don't liked it go to another Branch. My suggestion, for The NFCU to sent there employee. To USAA customer service training

  My first visit at this location was quick and easy. Gina was a tremendously helpful today. She is down to earth and people oriented. She answered my questions and walked me through a process without judgment. Thank you!

  NFCU is a great institution. I have been a member for decades and have always been satisfied with their service. One of the nice things about this location is that they have an ATM outside of the building as well as inside the first set of doors in the foyer. I'm glad we finally have a branch over on the west side of Atlanta.

  My boyfriend wasted a trip coming to this bank to do the same transaction he has never had any issues with at any other branch in the area. They refused to help him with his transaction with his OWN account in turn making him feel like he was being accused of fraud or something criminal. Save the trouble and go to Kennesaw! It’s the best one!

  My Husband and I was visiting his nieces &her family we are from Savannah i walked in the bank and out i went straight to the 🏧 first time to the branch just needed make a quick deposit Didn't have time to talk to a teller it's simpler to Savannah location will be back to visit
