  Slowest location ever. Im always there for at least 35 to 45 mins just to make a withdrawal or deposit. Its very draining when you dont want to get charged fees to use their atm machine after you've reached your limit but you gotta wait in line forever. Please hire more people BOA. Not fair to customers or employees.

  Yes, I had to wait in line BUT I RECEIVED KIND, HELPFUL ASSISTANCE. Thank you BofA for trying to help us with URGENT FINANCIAL HELP. I am disappointed that there are so many low rate reviews; I think that those with low reviews would be much happier if they scheduled an appointment. Banking at the last minute of our free-time is not the best way to do things at OUR BANK.

  UNBELIEVABLE wait times to get services! You think it is only during the 1st of the month (which wait times are absolutely ridiculous), but wait times are also horrible during the middle/end of the month as well. If you are self-employed then your time is more valuable than waiting in line for a minimum of 35 minutes..

  5 tellers in this bank and only one teller attended customers ... waited 30-45 mins just to take out money , was late to work & to top it off .. one of the tellers was coughing all in her hands and didn’t take the time to wash her hands. Unsanitary because she’s touching peoples money . Awful services

  All of the good reviews are fake. It's like entering a club when you walk in as they have a big security guard greet you... then you wait in line anywhere from 15-40 min. This place sucks. You have so much money, why don't you HIRE MORE bankers?!

  So even in the pandemic this branch was very helpful and courteous. I am actually out of town from NY. Nanhe was very delightful. She was very efficient, gave me a temporary card to use in tbe mean time. Thank you so much!

  No one live to talk to on the phone. Trying to pre qualify for a mortgage loan is completely impossible.

  Too small of a branch for so many customers. We finally left and joined a credit union. We saved a ton of cash because now we don't pay bank fees.

  I never in my life been to a bank institution where the service had one customer service person working on a Saturday morning. The worse service I ever experience in my life going to a bank and I've been with Bank of America for 12 yrs. very sad and disappointed .
