Phala Holmes-Heard1I can totally see why THIS branch has a 2 star Google rating……..it is the absolute WORST!! I have visited this branch on 3 different occasions, each time is a nightmare!! The customer service is NONEXISTENT!! I was there cash a Ga Lottery Check, depending on the day the rules change, sometimes they will cash it sometimes they won’t. The employees are NOT on the same accord at this location, clearly this is a result of Poor Management bc I called and asked for the manager and she was Never available. She has employees screen calls to determine if she wants to take the call. I asked for a card, and I can’t make this up, the card even has the WRONG number to the branch on the business card!!! There is no way anyone at this branch is responsible for Quality Assurance. Visit the Austell Rd location for professional courtesy.

Justine Devoe5Brandon goes above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for! When my finances were in limbo after moving across country he called me personally to let me know as soon as a check had cleared when I was in need of funds without me even asking! After having serveral banks, I can honestly say that this level of care and costumer relations is exceptional. The other staff members I've interacted with here have all been very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Rolando Acosta1Customer service does not exist at this location! Joyce and her manager Andrea always give me a hard time to give me my own money even though they know who I am AND greet me by last name as soon as I walk through the door. They both ride on a high horse and always have me jump through hoops, asking for two forms of identification and asking me MULTIPLE questions to verify my bank account just to do a withdrawal. I called two other Suntrust locations to see if this is a common practice and I was informed and reassured by BOTH locations that this is not a practice Suntrust has in place for established customers and apologized profusely for the behavior of Joyce and Andrea. 16 years as a Suntrust account holder, I expect better than this.

Rachael Sunshine2Poor customer service experience. ATM stole my money and when I told the teller after this fiasco is over that I'll be switching to another bank and closing my account she responded with "Cool beans".

Scott Mahaffy1ATMs don't know how to count! Always an issue. Screen so faded on walkup ATM its unusable. Drive thru ATM can't count deposits correctly.

Douglas Ward1I had the same experience others have had. The Banker (who could get me off the phone fast enough) referred me to the charge off department for a direct deposit issue. The charge off department sent me to business care department which then sent me back to the local branch were I started. Its not just this branch. NO ONE knows whats going on at this institution. Since the merger with BBT began customer service and retention efforts seem to be non existent. IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC checking accounts are being closed left and right with out consent, notice or explanation to the account holders. Check the reviews on other websites you will find more of the same.

Kristy Miller1Jamie (female) is about the rudest person I have ever spoken to, she has no business working in a customer service position. She sounded miserable and spoke to me like trash. I will not be using this bank anymore due to her unprofessional attitude. This time is rough for everyone but people like her make it harder when you have to deal with attitude.
