Stephanie's availability on the weekends and evenings were crucial in our home search and her knowledge of the area and housing market were a valuable resource for us throughout our home search. We worked with multiple agents and bid on 12+ homes and the one consistent answer we got on every home was that folks using online lenders stand very little chance of having their offers accepted.

  I had gotten turned down from other lenders! When i was introduced to HT lending it was the fastest and easiest process I could go through .Out of three lenders I worked with they were the quickest to get everything done !!! They were always on top of it ! Stephanie ! Blanca !!!!and Kim !!!!! They are the dream makers !!Stephanie is always helpful breaking down and explaining everything ! Aways made herself super available at all hours of the day or weekends. All staff was amazing !!! Outstanding service !
