  This branch is so great!! I came in to request a bunch of $2 bills, but they're not super common anymore. Veronica went WAY above and beyond and not only saved them, but found my contact info and called me to let me know that I can come pick them up! What amazing customer service!!

  I am from the college Station Texas area, while out of town. I purchasing a used vehicle, I was able to go to my phone app and send a cashier check to this branch for a cash buy, filled out everything at the front entrance console on my phone app, I showed my ID and received a printed check for the dealership I chose to purchase vehicle from, this was the best efficient banking service I have received, i was in and out within 5 minutes.   What a scam!! As a member my wife and applied for a home loan at Navy FCU. We were told that we were approved and 10 days before closing we were told that they were not going to finance the loan after all. This news came to us after $5200.00 was paid in earnest/option fee. After paying off $4000.00 of debt. Ordering an appraisal. Ordering a survey and inspection. Please save yourselves time and money by NOT using Navy Federal CU as your mortgage loan lender. Not to mention- when we asked if they’d reimburse us for the earnest money because they didn’t give us the information in time. The answer was weeeeeelllllllll uuuuuuummmmm iiiii don’t knnnnow!!!

  They closed the branch during business hours and directed us to use the out-of-service atm for anything we needed. Also good luck finding a number to this branch. Navy fed makes you call some 1800 number and sit on hold for forever to speak with someone at a CALL CENTER.

  I opened a membership at NFCU and made a large deposit. We have been members for over four years. Today I went in to make a withdrawal and was refused service. The assistant manager made me feel like a criminal and denied my request. I had to have my wife come up to Credit Union and we closed our membership. I never been treated so unprofessional in my life. As a manager I would not allow my staff to treat our members the way I as treated today.

  Walked in and asked for the branch manager and I was greeted by the branch manager .. sat me down and told me to wait to speak to someone else … really ??? I wanted to talk to you because no one else can help me .. no wonder you have bad reviews on line for this location

  Horrible customer service!! It’s April 2021. And you are still limiting one customer inside the lobby? Texas is open at 100%. Restaurants are open at 100% but you still limit the number of customers inside. You make your customers wait outside? No problem with mask mandate. But really? If your going to continue this BS then add another ATM machine because the one is being overwhelmed.

  I was greeted immediately by Brianna with a smile. She directed me to the teller Jeanette who was very friendly. My transaction was fast and friendly. Thanks for such great customer service!

  javier was so rude and im a new customer regret banking with them
