Maritza Acosta1This was absolutely the worst experience ever at the bank! My father was discriminated and they refused to help him at all. We’d already had an appointment set up from 2 weeks ago with a service member and the bank was not busy. They took his information and told him that this particular service member would not be able to assist him, since he is the only one who speaks Spanish fluently in the building, and my father was told to wait for the next available service member to help him. After having to wait, even with an appointment, they proceeded to inform him that they could NOT help him in the bank and that he needed to call and be helped over the phone!! My father spoke personally with the Spanish speaking service member and claims his Assistant Manager “Charles” was denying him service at this branch!! They could have helped him since they WERE NOT BUSY, yet the Assistant Manager CHARLES chose to turn him away!! Just because my father is Spanish speaking? He is a legal resident and prefers Spanish because it is easier to understand, they had someone that could have helped him and the Assistant Manager said no when he was not busy!! THATS DISCRIMINATION! This is absolutely unacceptable and we will make sure we report this!

sherrell4I joined NF a month ago.. Monday was my first time going into a NR branch.. The lines were long and I was a bit frustrated.. However, the teller Ashley really made the wait worth it. She apologized for the wait, asked me about my day and made me laugh.. Ashley is now my go to teller at this branch.. Thank you Ashley for being so patient and personable. You really made my day.

Casey Patterson1I have a cash busines that I own and operate. Sometimes, I bring in quarters that aren't enough to fit into a roll of $10. This bank will not take my quarters unless they are in a roll of $10. The bank will take my paper dollars, no matter how many I have. This is b.s.

Gooogle User1Refused to notarize a common document, went down to CHASE bank and they did it no questions asked. NavyFederal lady said I needed to prove I personally owned one the company's on the doc to be notarized. I showed my ID and business credit card, which showed my affiliation with said company. That wasn't enough, instead she looked up my company through GA Corporation search to show that I wasn't on public record. Hilarious, considering majority of business's and LLC's use third party firms to register their corporations on their behalf and never list ownership publicly. This branch is very non-business oriented.

Evangelist Shantelle Mosby1Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Went thru the drive thru at 1:18pm and was greeted nonchalantly by an African American woman. Informed her we had a check to cash and then would be making a deposit, requested a pen. She basically asked what we sent the container back for so we repeated that we needed a pen. She then asked what we needed a pen for, so we responded again that we needed a pen to sign and deposit a check. She then told us we couldn’t cash our check there and if we made a cash deposit, it would be process like we deposited a check and would take 2 business days. Since when can we not cash a check out our “own” bank and since when if we deposit some cash into our bank account, it won’t be available until 2 days later??? Been with Navy Federal for almost 20 years, visited multiple branches and gave never heard such foolery. Immediately contacted Navy Federal’s 1-800 number and was told that the information the agency t at that branch gave us was not true. Mind you, the window agent never checked our ID, never saw the check or the amount of the check and never accessed our bank account to even know what was already in it. She was so nasty towards us so we just drove off.

Fitzgerald Mosby1Bad attitude and lacks customer service greatly. Went through the 3rd drive through window and truly regret that I did today. The black lady attempted to make me appear ignorant and showed no care or concern. I will never visit that branch location again. Absolutely nothing like the Alpharetta/Milton location.

Whitney Carnes3This review is specifically addressing the way my mother and I were treated yesterday Wednesday April 28 2021 by the Caucasian lady at the front door at approximately 12 noon. She was condescending, and helpful in a very matter of fact way. I love navy federal and wanted to open a business account- she basically rushed us out the door and asked as if she was my mother if I wanted the booklet she prepared in the 2 minutes we stood at the podium, she didn’t have the wherewithal to realize we needed time to process the answer “no” and the new procedure to apply for a business account online. She really left a bad taste in my mouth.

B Mccoy5Absolutely thrilled for this location. The service is impressive. I was able to get in and out within a few minutes and handle both my personal and business accounts services with ease. If you are coming from 285 just know there is another street entry to the branch parking lot once you pass the drive through tellers.

Visited this weekend past and had the pleasure of interacting with Adrian. He was pleasant, helpful, and professional. I have always loved doing business with Navy Federal. This location just makes that better
