A pregnant teller told me I couldn’t take out funds because it won’t process until tomorrow, doesn’t make sense the money is showing AVAILABLE IN MY ACCOUNT . I went to the Ashford dunwoody location and received my funds immediately SAME DAY. Customer service is trash

Do you want a derogatory treatment? Go to the morning shift and let this girl take care of you. Bad customer service from this cashier. And I must say that it is the first time that I have received such a deal at a Bank of America. It is unfortunate that they continue to put people with deficiencies and lack of humility.

No idea what all the negative reviews are about. Service was amazing, front desk guy was very helpful and attentive. I went in and worked with Andrea on opening an account and she was dope. Very pleasant banking experience.

      Response from the owner

Hi Matthew, We're happy to hear that your recent financial center experience was seamless. Thank you for the review and choosing Bank of America. ^Annette

This is a decent Bank of America Branch. The tellers and bankers are quite knowledgeable. My only slight complaint is that there are oftentimes lines for the teller windows. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Usually, one of the bankers will come out and direct people to use the ATM. Overall, it's a smart, clean branch with knowledgeable staff.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE MORE TELLERS WORKING?!???? The longest line ever and obviously this is the busiest part of the business so HOW would you have one or two tellers working when you have the ability to have 3 or 4?!?? I literally have to take an hour out of my workday for a simple deposit. Unbelievable.

I have been waiting for over 45 minutes to file a death certificate. Apparently not everyone in the cubicle offices know what to do as the person in front of me is only waiting on a notary! I am waiting with four others currently and countless people have gone in front of me because I guess the lady in the cubicle office knew how to help them. The others and I have to wait on another person in a cubicle office. This has been the longest wait I’ve ever experienced on something that should be quick. They do not staff appropriately here.

This is literally the worst branch I've ever gone to. Please, if you like Bank of America, use another branch. I opened a business account here. Their system then flagged my account as "incomplete" and I got a phone call where the bank employee basically said they had opened my account incorrectly and that I'd need to provide additional information. I provided the additional information the following day, but was told that due to the fact the account had been opened without it originally, they would have to close the account anyway. They told me I'd have a few weeks before they closed it, and they ended up closing it a few days later instead without giving me time to pull out my money. The money showed up later in checks written out in my business name, which I couldn't deposit because I no longer had a business account. On my way out the door after visiting the branch they had the nerve to say "if you ever want to come back and open the account 'the right way', we'll be here!" As if any of this was my fault after I spent all day talking to their business account specialist having them set me up with an account. 0/10 Would never do business here... ever.

This is without doubt the worst BOA location I have experienced in the 20+ years we have had accounts there. We have worked with BOA in more than 10 cities— including multiple locations in other cities. Half of the time the ATMs at this location do not work at all or only limited functions are available. We have never been able to get a voice assistant to help us at an ATM even though the ATMs allegedly have that function. The voice assistants are always ‘unavailable’. The bank management at this BOA location also refused to fulfill a request from our Merrill Lynch brokers, and we had to go to a BOA branch 5 miles away to get the requested service. The incident was reported to BOA management for this region, but the management at this location still seems to be uninterested in customer service. We try to do our banking at a BOA several miles away and combine errands because we get better service there and the ATMs typically work. I don’t like to leave a bad review but again today we tried to use an ATM at this location and two of the three ATMs were not working so there was a line to use the one remaining ATM that was working. Walking into the bank and using the counter is also not an option because the average wait time we experience is at least 15-20 minutes even if there is only one person in front of us in the live. Too many BOA employees just standing around.

I've been with BOA for over 12 years and todays visit determined the end. I received horrible customer service while trying to get information about a deposit. There was not a banking manager on duty and the staff didn't know or have any answers or solutions to my questions or needs.
