Chase Bank Reviews

Steve Martin1Walked in to open a checking account, but needed an appt. Which would be days later. So I went to Wells Fargo. Better staffed. Chase is a nice building. But Skelton crew it seems. Unfortunate.

Mark Lewinter4I dropped in to discuss starting an account and was told I needed to make an appointment to meet with a banker. This isn't posted on google. I wasn't expecting this and left disappointed. This is an update: A few days later I returned after making an appointment and had a positive experience. The banker, Ann, was helpful and friendly.

Gita Ayu1The worst! The chase private client woman with curly hair was so rude. Extremely not nice. Zero clientele!

brian teitell1I recently got married and created a joint bank account with my wife in person at this branch. We deposited our wedding checks in person at this location. One-third of our checks were flagged for "fraud" for absolutely no given reason. Our account was closed before we were made aware of this. Chase then asked to contact the check makers to verify the checks. Chase then said that some of the phone numbers providers were not valid (they would never tell me why they weren't), or they would call my friends and family members and speak with them three times, to the point they felt they were being harassed. We decided to open a new account with Chase since we were told Chase would clear our checks. Here we are two months later, and our account was closed again. I've asked repeatedly for my situation to be reviewed by a branch manager, regional manager, district manager, fraud manager, etc. Most recently, I was told, "it looks like there is nothing more happening with your case. I don't see that any new actions have been performed since we last communicated". Honestly, this is fraud by Chase for them not releasing my funds. I do not take kindly to leaving a negative review, as I prefer not, but this is my last resort. I will also/have been leaving reviews and contacting the FDIC, Federal Reserve, USA.gov, and consumer finance.

Joshua Crane5They offer walk-in notary services and all the staff wear masks! So thankful I'm a Chase customer. No branch for any other bank in Atlanta was this accommodating or fast to help me.

Karlos Coleman1I am not a big fan of coming into a bank, waiting to be sat down with a banker just to change my PIN number to my card. One of the bankers asked if I needed help as she came to sit down with another customer, the banker said that she would be right with me after she is done with the lady she came to collect. Another guy comes in and needed to speak with a banker as well, so instead of him waiting his turn as I am next up they allowed this guy who just walked in skip me as if I was not sitting down to be up next. I will not be back to this location as it needs more order.

Rose1This place is the worst at customer service, chase has gone downhill seriously. They're not there to help. Never going back to waste my time

Connor Carey5This is a great branch. They are always happy to order $2 bills for me. They even have the courtesy of calling me once they've arrived. I'm a happy Chase customer. During the few times the Teller had a line, the other bankers always come out to assist others waiting in line.

Lost son of Africa Connected5I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always so friendly and professional. I demand that everyone at that branch get a raise immediately!!!

Katie Johnson1I have never been to this branch before and I usually go to my main branch in Dunwoody but after my experience i would never go back to this branch again. When I came into the bank, nobody greeted me and pretended I didn’t even exist. Rob Copello who was the teller there at the time was extremely rude and unprofessional and not willing to answer my questions before I deposited my checks into the bank. The teller raised his voice at me and made me feel horrible in front of the other customers. I feel humiliated and upset, and I will not be returning again.
