  I recently moved all of my business and personal accounts to Signature Bank. They also won my business on a commercial mortgage. The customer service is awesome. This is what banking should be. It's easy, personal and not loaded with lots of fees.

  I take my company's relationships with its vendors seriously. When a vendor is unhappy, I make it a top priority to correct the situation in short order. When several of my online bill payments to a vendor went missing and the vendor claimed he was never paid, I called Debi. In the middle of a pandemic and working from home when the power was out to Signature's building, Debi resolved the issue the same day. She got the vendor's bank and the online bill processer on the line to track those payments in record time. This resolution would have taken months with a "big bank." I have been a Signature Bank customer (business and personal accounts) for several years. Signature's commitment to personal service is unmatched. I will stay with Signature Bank forever!

My husband and I have always been small community bank people and when we moved here from Mississippi I was worried I would not find that type of service. Makisha and Weston always go above and beyond for me and it amazes me the level of customer service they offer. I am a business owner and understand the importance of excellent customer service. People like Makisha and Weston are rare in the workforce today and I wanted you to know that it means the world to me!
