  Went into this branch I am from San Diego to get my loan check correct that they messed up before she promised to do.it correct and when I got to the dealership she put the wri g name on it again. Now I am sitting in the dealership hoping that they take it or I have to go back to the bank tomorrow to get a new check issued. I have had to drive the 46 miles three times now because of the mistakes they keep making and then they say oh sorry nothing we can do. Absolutely the worst service. This branch is terrible.

  Customer service was not helpful. Said I had to make an appointment and there was no one in the bank. Had plenty of staff not helping anyone. Seems to me everyone has an excuse. They gave me a 1-800 number to call for help unacceptable! So, much for customer service from these young kids.

  I believe I spoke to Dave at this branch. He went above and beyond for me. He was very professional, knew the products, and was able to assist me with my matter. He definitely reminded me why I have so much business with Navy federal and will continue making business with them

  I've been picking up cashier's checks here every month for the last three years. I always order it through the Navy Fed app and I go and pick it up. My check is always ready when I arrive at the branch. The last two times though, they don't print my check until I arrive at the branch. Today I had to wait 20 minutes for them to print my check. All while on my lunch break. Totally unacceptable! What's the point of ordering my check ahead if you're going to make me wait when I come to pick it up???

  I have been to this branch a few times. I got my car loan online and came in to pick up the check. Took about 5 minutes. What a breeze. I have always received excellent service from all staff with whom I have interacted.

  I went in today to make a Simple transaction and the young lady at the desk acted like she Didn't know her job at all. It's my money I'm trying to transfer, and she made feel like I was stealing my own funds. Didn't like the way I was treated at all after giving her everything she asked for. Your staff needs better training on how to handle all customers, not just the ones she likes.

  Been here a couple times in the morning to pull out cash but the ATMs don’t work in the morning or you don’t have them on or maybe because of covid they have a restriction, but I’ll see people leaving frustrated trying to pull cash out probably before work just like myself.

  If I could I would give this 0 stars buts sadly not an option. The manager was very rude and unprofessional giving dirty looks and not letting me and my sister in when it was 5:01 and all we needed was for her to print out a paper that was already ready for us(which she knew). There was still people inside that they were helping as well.

  Months ago I got approved for an auto loan. I was excited when I purchased my car. I didn’t know too much about APR at all. They gouged me for 24%. I put over a grand in my car but it looks like I’m throwing coins in a piggy bank. Way to look out for sailors.

  5 stars just being NFCU. I love NFCU! This branch doesn't have much teller support though. I come by at lunch. Unless I come by at the very beginning of lunch then I wait a half hour in line. Update: even during "non-peak" hours (mid pay cycle and 1hr before closing) still only 2 very slow tellers here, resulting in a full line. How does this happen? Still 4* for being NFCU though. NFCU has helped me a lot.
