805girl1BLOW AWAY BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE. Shame on you Chase. FORCED me to change my primary address because it was listed as non residential. I explained to them that I do not want anything mailed to my residential address because I am a renter and do not receive mail there. I gave them my paid mailbox service address instead. THEY DENIED ME SERVICE until I gave them a residential address and promised me profusely that I would not receive any mail at the residential address... BUT I DID. I’ve been receiving all of my bank correspondence at a mailbox I do not have access to sine they made this forceful and unethical change. CHASE BANK IS A LIAR. they did exactly what they promised they wouldn't. Myself and my entire family will be closing all of our accounts with Chase.

Dylan Slater1Worst experience I've ever had at a bank. Staff is rude and unsure about policies. Every teller says different things and the managers don't care to explain anything. 1000% worth it to drive 3 extra miles to the next closest chase.
