Magnolia Woman3I hate to be that person but my experience today was quite different compared to what I am used to. The teller Shante’ was verbally & visibly annoyed by me simply asking for the manager (in a normal, soft tone). I know in these modern times customer service is not of priority for some but I do expect kindness at the very least & not such a casual/laxed environment & tone in a bank setting. Thankfully, the Manager was able to resolve my issue.

Kerry Rosenbaum5I had came to this branch to get an auto loan check but caravana was being super difficult to work with. (Ended up not getting the car with caravana) however, Vernita spent probably 2 hour or more making sure I was taken care of. She was so nice and was determined to help me that day. Her patience and kindness was amazing and I couldn’t let it go unnoticed.

Cindi H5Great credit union. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They have several security precautions in place. Make sure to notify them if you are going out of state or out of the country. A hold was placed on my credit card when I made a couple of purchases while driving cross country but the security department called me and we got it tuned back on without any delays.

Michael Woodall5Had a really great experience here. Not very crowded compared to usual. I had to turn in a lot of change and it was counted and switched to cash very fast and I appreciate the kindness of the employees and the speed of service.

Brenda “Bren” Cipriano1I just recently opened an account with Navy Federal and so far it has been good but today just bothered me. The lady that helped me today wasn’t prepared for work today. I came in to withdraw a specific amount with cents and she looked at me and asked if it had to that amount exactly. I said yes because it’s for a bill ( I don’t like to carry cash on me especially coins) and then she started telling me how it was going to take a while for her to get the pennies and just giving me excuses so I agreed with the amount she told me. Then she just placed my cash and coins on the counter when I asked for an envelope she just pointed at the pile of envelopes and said “Take as Much as you want” I felt like I was getting kicked out of there, Didn’t like her customer service at all. I tried getting her name but all I have is her Employee ID on my receipt.

Nikki Blanchong1I arrived at the branch at 1:02 pm and it’s closed. Even though there are 30 customers inside, all computers are shut down for the day and I cannot get a new debit card even though it had to be canceled 15 minutes earlier and I drove straight to the branch. It’s a great way to spend the weekend before Christmas. I’m so pleased that the branch manager had a heart.

Mary Ann1Lady at entrance was super rude. Before she can open calendar she said there was no available dates. Didn't have a name tag so idk her name. She needs to work on her customer service.

Jacklyn Araica1I have no problem with having to social distance and wait outside if need be. However, the kind thing to do would be to put up a tent or something as a shield from the 90 degree heat and sun. Been waiting for 10 minutes and am still currently waiting with my 3 year old.

Jonah Hutchins1We've literally waited in line for 45+ minutes the last two times. The building is closed due to the pandemic, and I get that, but each car sits at the window for an average of 7 or 8 minutes. And that's out of three drive through lines! Unless everyone ahead of me is applying for a mortgage through the window, this is just plain terrible service.

ryan dean2Honestly, Navy Fed is not a great bank. Their hours are pretty unrealistic. Only open for 4 hours on a Saturday and closed on a Sunday. The few days an active duty or inactive duty member can actually go to the bank is Saturday and Sunday due to working late. I think closing at 6 pm all week and 1 Pm on Saturday and all day Sunday makes you probably the most inconvenient and insensitive bank there is.
