  Maria was so very helpful when we decided to buy a house during this very difficult time in the real estate market as the "buyer." She guided us through each step of the loan process, and she and her team were wonderful in keeping us informed through the entire process.   I worked with Maria and her team back in November 2021. I bought my first house in Maryland. When I tell you I wouldn’t be a home owner today if it wasn’t for Maria and her team, I am not exaggerating. My case was a little unusual- delays from my employer, tax documents needed last minute, the whole nine yards. Maria did a phenomenal job reducing my stress by always keeping me educated on the next steps, and setting realistic expectations. Her open availability and her knowledge is what kept me in the game. My sister recommended her to me, and I have already returned the favor and introduced this wonderful lender to a few of my colleagues. 10/10 Recommend. Oh! And let me forget to mention the competitive rates she was able to offer me. When we started the process, we were working with a lender we found online. Although said lender was kind and professional as well, Maria was able to get us a lower interest rates, and no points- WOW! She saved us for than $5k at closing.

  Maria is a stellar loan officer, and the only person I recommend for friends and family! She took me step by step through the process, explained every single thing I had questions on (and even things I didn't KNOW to question!) and provided invaluable knowledge and support when I needed it most. 10/10, will absolutely be calling her again the next time I am looking to buy a house. Do your family and yourself a favor, and give her a shout for all your home loan needs!

  The SeaTrust Mortgage Team was phenomenal in their service and kept us informed of several items which affected our mortgage loans throughout the process which resulted in a successful and timely closeout. Ms. Wickett and her team specifically, were absolutely fantastic in answering all of our questions (even some after hours...) and always made sure we understood the process completely. As a first-time home buyer, I was admittedly apprehensive about many of my options and their team took the time to make sure I was well informed when I made inquiries. I strongly recommend Ms. Wickett and her team over any "Big Name National Loan" brands. National chains don't understand NC's 'Due Diligence,' which ultimately makes things more confusing. I have absolutely every confidence that she got us the best rates possible. Local really IS better... I really couldn't have asked for a better team of folks to have my back while making this major life decision. Give them a call, put them in your corner, you won't regret it! Thank you all for everything!!

  I recently purchased my first home with Maria’s help and the entire process was a breeze. She was very patient with all of my questions and ensured that I understood every step of the process. I was nervous about our closing date being pushed back and losing the great interest rate she had gotten us. Turns out I had nothing to worry about, Maria stayed on top of everything and gave me regular email updates on our loan status. We closed on time and without a hitch.
