  Good support, especially for a manufactured home owner which seems to be a challenge for other lenders. Everything went smoothly and with very little hassle for us as the borrowers. Would recommend.

  I would recommend Nations Lending. Overall experience was great! Jeremy is who helped us. He was friendly, he was dedicated. No pushy atmosphere like other companies have been.

  Deliberately misrepresenting themselves via USPS mailings in order to deceive recipients into believing "County of Maricopa" is sending an official mailing. Will report fraud to USPS postal inspection service.

  During escrow, appraisal came in lower than expected. I was told appraisal was going to appeal (VA loan). Two weeks later and several calls with no response got an answer that the appeal was not sent to the VA and would not be changed. Found out loan processor quit or was let go and my file was neglected. Because of their failure to follow through with the appeal and other portions of this loan. The sellers walked away. Now I'm out the cost of the inspection and the appraisal and all thus came to be the day before closing. Terrible customer service, poor communication and a terrible way to experience a VA loan for both myself and the possible sellers. As of now the company has done nothing to make it right or correct their mistakes. As stated previous, poor management and even worse customer service.

  Talked to a woman named Leeann Marshall she was nice at first to me and my loved one at first willing to help us, but then she just went from a 0 to 100 and started getting upset and hard to work with. Would not do business with her. The other employees are nice and great!

  Thomas Amato is great! He is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I did not have to jump through any hoops with them and he made the process pain free. I recommend him!

  Fraudulent company. Not only are they sending misleading mail scams, Keith Luber will pull your credit and not return your calls.

  Great company to do business with. Stacy was every thorough and efficient. I would recall Nations that to anyone. Good interest rates and low points.

  Avoid this company, they NEVER answer emails or calls. 4 months I tried to close a loan from them. Gave up.
