Scarlett Clark4My only complaint is having to stand in line for so long. I have a bad leg so standing for long periods of time is grueling for me. On the bright side, however; the customer Service is excellent. The tellers are friendly, helpful and professional. I met with Gabby Vargas to open an account and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with her. She answered all my questions, she explained everything to me in layman's terms and she even walked me to the door and opened it for me. She also showed empathy for my unfortunate situation that I was dealing with at the time. I also want to mention that this bank is clean and comfortable. That makes a big difference to me. They are also right down the street from a shopping plaza which makes getting my errands done a breeze

Bonnie McMahon1Wells Fargo - maybe if you weren't worried so much about how my day is going or what my plans are for the day, you could actually perform your job as a banker and not be so incompetent that a customer needs to make 3 different appointments because of your errors! On Nov 4th I had an appointment to open a personal savings account in my Trust name, I called to confirm that you didn't need me to bring my Trust legal paperwork to open the account. YOU SAID, no, no need to bring that in as we have it on file. WELL! I left that appointment on Nov. 4th with no new savings account as you were WRONG, I did need to bring my Trust paperwork and would also need to bring my husband for the next appointment. So, appointment made for Nov. 5th at 9am with my husband. Account opened with Trust paperwork in hand and all signatures collected electronically. Receive a call on Nov. 17th from you stating that one of my husband's signatures actually has my signature on it (no fault of ours...you were in control of the key pad telling us when to sign). Now, we need to make a 3rd trip to the branch for this account. Scheduled appointment of Dec. 23 @ 9am. I now work out of state during the week, so coming in the branch is not something I can easily do anymore. Received a letter from Wells Fargo in the mail, that explained about the signature mess up and gave us the paperwork to sign and return in the envelope provided - not requiring both my husband and I to go into the back to resign. I kept the appointment on Dec. 23rd as I needed to close a business account. When I sat down with the gal in the cube behind the reception desk to the right, I gave her the letter and signed cards as she told me that Scott would need to sign in front of her. I said, NO, I have a letter from Wells Fargo stating that we could return the card via mail to the bank. She proceed to tell me "Calm down" in a tone that was unacceptable and she would take letter to her supervisor. She came back a minute or two later stating that they could accept the signature card we provided without Scott being present. Oh, boy, thank you for scolding the customer who was simply telling you what Wells Fargo had communicated to us in writing. So glad I didn't sit back and let you bully me into yet a 4th appointment of wasting my time because you thought you were right! Thank you Wells for wasting 1.5 hours of my and/or my husbands time for your desire to be incompetent and worrying about small talk verses actually proving good customer service.

Deepi Singh1Terrible experience. I went to deposit a check and the teller told me they would hold the money for 10 days... I was transferring my own money from another bank. They asked for my ID which has never happened when I’ve deposited money before. Took my check and went to another location and had no issues... my money will be available in 24 hours. Do not go to this location, it is worth the drive to go to one a bit farther. Would not recommend.

Alec Damiano1Employees lie about transactions. I came in to deposit money into my mortgage account that would cover two mortgage payments, and I wanted the rest to go toward the principal. I explained this to the teller, and he flat-out lied about where the money would go. Instead, he only applied the amount towards one mortgage payment and the rest towards the principal. I asked if the money would be applied towards two separate payments, and he said yes. I check my account online the next day, and turns out he lied. I've been calling the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage corporate number two days straight to try to straighten out this problem. I advise others to not use teller services at this particular branch.

Cynthia McGuire1Called ahead to make sure I could get something notarized same day, the gentleman Charles told me I could and to just walk in and ask for the notary. I did just that and the lady at the desk told me there was no one there named Charles and that I must have dialed the wrong number. I read back the number I called, which she confirmed to be correct, and even told her how long I was on the phone for. She insisted I was wrong. I have the conversation recorded and would be glad to share it.

Dillon 12255I went into this bank distraught over a deposit issue. I was in need of some compassion and the banker I was with showed me nothing less. I really appreciated not feeling judged or being pushed out quickly. Although it couldn’t be fixed, he did everything possible. Thank you!

Jeri Helton Kehoe1Tried to go thru drive thru on lunch break, 3 lines open/1 car in each when I pulled up. Waited 23 minutes for car in first lane to be helped. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to ask 2 cars behind me and 2 cars next to me to kindly back up to let me get out. Not fun. Had to head back to work w/o stopping elsewhere for lunch. Would have appreciated if Wells only had 1 lane of drive thru open. Since they could only help one customer every 23 minutes, they didn't need give us a false sense of availability. Plus it would have been easier to get out of line. Note to self. Dont go to wells Fargo Deer Valley if you have less than an hour to spare.

Jay1Do NOT visit this branch. Went in to open a new everyday checking account and I was told by branch manager "Wells Fargo is not here to give free money /promotion, join us or no doesnt matter “ they made me feel like a beggar by their words and treatment and acted as if That manager is doing me a favor by opening an account of my money which they invest on property ,stocks, retirement plans and make millions!! Worst service ,rude and dont recommend this branch! Forget about opening a new account but the approach and attitude of the BM is terrible and I being lil educated with masters Degree in engineering and aware of current market and already have accounts with 3 other banks wanted to b a member of Wells Fargo family and got this treatment in return , now will never be a member of this bank ever and some serious disciplinary action needs to be taken after reading other reviews about this branch ! Extemely uncalled for and not needed and where other banks are there to do best to take care why would I or someone be a part of something like this! Get some basic training of customer attraction and how adding customers makes a huge impact for a bank and it’s more than just money and it’s about people becoming members ! If you don’t care of new members to join then please shut down this branch and sit at home !! No need to spoil a good bank’s reputation and waste customers valuable time we can use that time to “ beg “ and get “ free money “ at other banks! Giving minus rating , spare the customers please kind request!
