  Can't say enough good things about how easy OneAZ was to work with for Tesla Model 3 financing, and how responsive and helpfull Lindsay Ballinger my "Virtual Banker" was in answering questions and getting things done quickly. Thanks!

  I contacted One Az credit union and I had the opportunity to speak to Melissa, she has excellent customer service, she explained in detail what actions had to be taken on travel and besides providing information on a new Visa card, she had the patient to walk me through the appropriate screen,she is definitely in the right field..

  I cannot express how much we love OneAZ Credit Union!! Last year we were looking for a new bank and we stumbled across OneAZ. The customer service on the phone or in my branch is always top-tier. We have had two loans funded with the help of our loan officer Michael Campas. He is knowledgeable, helpful and always follows thru on his promises. Very rare to find a bank that truly takes care of its customers like OneAZ does.

  Excellent customer service! Staff is very attentive both over the phone and in person. Nothing but smiling faces, even though they are wearing their masks. Over the phone I have had great experience with one of the tellers, she has a great personality and great attitude towards customers. Highly recommend Josephine M. 😁

  I started banking here in 2014 because it was one of the few banks who would finance an autoloan for an older used vehicle. Being impressed with the service I received during the loan process, and being dissatisfied with Bank of America, I decided to move my personal accounts over to OneAz. Let me tell you, this was a great decision. Over the past 5 years, I have received nothing but 5 star service and have had zero banking errors. OneAz has worked with me on certain banking mistakes I have made, even though they were my fault. The tellers all know me by name and always greet me with a smile when I walk in, and keep tabs on my business and personal life. This makes going to the bank feel more like catching up with the gang rather than another vanilla weekly task. I like OneAz so much, I have since opened a business account with them, and a joint checking account with my wife. I've never been happier with a bank. Highly recommended!

  Melissa G in the Call Center was absolutely amazing during my call! She went above and beyond to help remedy my slightly complicated account issue. She was so thorough in answering my questions and really listened to me with sincere compassion and interest. I always dread calling into my financial institution due to most people lacking empathy, but Melissa truly cared and made my experience such a relief.
