  Mitchell, Destiny and Chris were SUPER kind, courteous and even didn't mind that I came in right before close to open a new account... They didn't rush me and made me feel completely at ease. I've never been treated so well at any other bank. They are amazing! Couldn't say enough good things about this branch!

  These days the S&Ls like Desert Financial are a great alternative to the big banks who nickel and dime the consumers with fees, etc.. And as a retired CPA, the government has released the regulations on those same institutions. Banks if they invest badly can now take what funds you have in their care. There is no 100,000 bond of assurance anymore so as the saying goes Buyer Beware. AND I switched everything to Desert Finance when that ruling was first allowed. This institution to my mind is run better than a bank these days. I recommend them highly.

  Very big shout out to the ladies at the happy Valley Walmart! They have been so helpful every time I come there and truly listen to my needs and always go above and beyond! I always enjoy going to this branch and working with such a fabulous team.

  Watch your account. Apparently it is okay to sign in to your account from entirely different state at midnight, 3 am etc... I called three time and all three's times I was "disconnected"

  I came here to get my new card after losing it for the million time. Brittany helped me and she was so nice and cool. Had a conversation with me and most tellers really don’t. She knew the struggle of losing a card 😌

  I went to the credit union multiple times to change my paper statement to digital because I was being charged $2 a month for paper statements. This was on my credit card account. I was told each time to go online and change the option. Tried several times to change to paperless, but it would not let me. Don’t you think the teller at the branch could go in and do that for a member? Nope I guess recently they eliminated that fee, but I was being charge for that for years and they would do nothing to reimburse me for it. Wouldn’t go to this branch or be a member of Desert financial ever again. ( Branch manager/owner please don’t ask for any more information because I’ve already moved on. Thought it was important to let others know)

  I have been banking at Desert Financial since 1974 and have always had good service and rates. Financed my vehicles with them and years of free checking with a line of credit to protect me if I need it. I set up my payments so I never have to worry about being late.

  by far one of the worst banks that I have banked with. I closed my account and then a month later they tried charging me $40. Then I go to them and I talked to them about it because I already closed my account. By the end of it and I ended up walking out with $10 less in my pocket. They take money wherever they can get it there thieves.

  Just wanted to get change for a twenty and they wouldn't do it because I wasn't a member. Funny how the Chase across the street had no issues doing it. If that's their idea of customer service then they certainly won't be getting people to become members. I know I won't and anyone I know won't.

  Tried to get change for a US $100 dollar bill. Was told they couldn't do it because of counterfeiting unless I was a member. Guess it's OK for members to counterfeit. Can't they just test the bill like everywhere else in the world. Must have been too much work for them. SMDH.
