  I am so grateful that I was lucky enough to find Gabe Perkins. He is so amazing and great at his job! He handled every aspect of my refinance in a very professional and expedient manner. He is so experienced, knowledgeable, and on top of everything that needed to be done. He was great at answering all my questions and gave me great rates and advice about how to handle various aspects of the loan process. I am extremely happy with everything he did. He completed the whole process in 14 days, even with Thanksgiving and the holidays intervening. I cannot say enough about how pleased and happy I am. I have already recommended him to everybody I know. I now know who to turn to if I ever need to refinance my mortgage again. He stressed that he would also follow up and keep me informed and updated about rates. I really appreciate Gabe and his team. They are definitely the gold standard for home loans!   BEST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER! Team Leo Aguirre and his team are ROCK STARS. I had the unfortunate 'near miss' with a company (Guild Mortgage) that could have ended terribly. Leo and his team were able to help save my earnest money to secure my new home. ONE BILLION THANK YOU'S (and that's not enough)!!! NOTE: RUN FAST - if anyone suggests Guild Mortgage - they will mislead you every step of the way.

  The people that helped with my file were always fast to respond, very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about my home purchase.   UPDATE..Gabe once again did ALL the work! He keeps an eye out on rates & client's profiles and when it behooves them to refinance HE contacts THEM. His attention to detail cannot be surpassed. Then after you confirm you want to proceed his level & frequency of communication is the best I have ever experienced in any business I have dealt with. Again...cannot be surpassed! I have referred several potential people needing a mortgage company to Doorway based on Gabe's performance. Doorway really struck gold when they hired Gabe Perkins! 🤩⭐️🌟💫🤩 Doorway Home Loans and Gabe Perkins are absolutely the best! Gabe contacted us with refinance information after reviewing our current file with Doorway when it became beneficial to us. That "above and beyond" service is why I recommend Gabe with 5+++ stars.
