  Nathan was extremely professional and helpful during the entire refinancing project. From locating a lender through closing, he was very responsive, helped with any questions, and kept us updated on where we were in the process. I recommend Nathan to anyone who is interested in learning more about the process or has any lending needs. He helped my daughter and son-in-law with a first time purchase and my wife and I with a refinance. For all of us it was a great experience.

  Nathan goes above and beyond to help his clients. We began working with him to refinance our home just as the Coronavirus pandemic started. Even though we never met Nathan or his team, they were consistent, professional, and prompt in their communication and we successfully closed on our refinance at the end of April 2020. Nathan also got us the best rate at a very low cost - best out of the 5 quotes I received. I look forward to calling Nathan again when we're ready to purchase our next home!

  This was a great experience. Nathan was very helpful and quick to respond. I lowered my APR significantly from my original mortgage. Before I went with Nathan I had reached out to 8 or so other companies and always got a salesperson vibe. Anyways, better experience than my original mortgage and his rates were well under all the other companies I got rates from.
