  Shannon is the best! I just closed on my condo last week and as a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t be more satisfied with how she supported me from start to finish. Since our very first conversation, she has patiently answered my 100 questions and has been responsive and helpful each time I’ve come up with more. She is a highly effective communicator, and she and her team made the process simple by giving me step by step instructions and resources. With such a complex market, you really need her kind of flexibility. We put in offers on 4 different properties while I was looking — and she consistently listened to my needs and helped me crunch the numbers to put together the solution I was most comfortable with. Even after closing, she has reached out to check in and let me know that she will be there for me years down the road to remind me when it’s time to refinance to get the best possible bang for my buck.   We bought a second home in Colorado and needed to close within four weeks to close before a new regulation limiting rental licenses became effective. Our real estate agent introduced us to Shannon and said she might be able to get the loan approved that quickly. I was skeptical given my experience with large bank mortgage lenders. She did it. We got a good rate and closed 26 days after our first call with Shannon. She and her team are professional, smart and organized. She was a relentless advocate for our loan - all of which was necessary to get it done that quickly.

  Shannon was wonderful! She was very communicative and proactive in helping us. This was our first home purchase and she took the time to explain the process thoroughly and we had a lot! She was always so quick to respond and she even called the listing agent to put in a good word for us when we put our offer in, which really helps in this competitive Denver market! The loan process was efficient and smooth and Shannon was always following up to make sure we knew what was going on and we were satisfied!   Shannon and her team deserve more than 5 stars!! 10+++ She is so responsive from the initial contact through the entire process of our personal refinance. It was literally 9 days from start to close!! I have always said Shannon is a wealth of knowledge!
