  Working with Ryan has been such a positive experience from day one to closing. He has a very friendly personality that makes him easy to talk to but also has all of the knowledge and answers to any questions I had. He got back to my emails and calls right away regardless of the day or time. He was always ready and available for me with a kind and patient demeanor. He provides a lot of extremely helpful tools that you can use at any time that make you feel like you are making an informed decision and I trusted his recommendations. He constantly kept me updated with any bumps along the way and I felt involved in the process at the amount that I was comfortable with/looking for. I've worked with a lender in the past and this was a night and day difference - I would recommend Ryan and his services/expertise to everyone!

  My husband and I recently refinanced our mortgage after closing on our house less than a year ago. Ryan was SO helpful through every step of the process. He was incredibly patient and responsive with all of my questions (that's saying a lot because I am not familiar with mortgage rates, numbers, etc. at all). He held our hand every step of the way and always provided status updates. We highly recommend Ryan!

  I would recommend working with Ryan to any of my family or friends. He is very knowledgeable and professional and always responds in a timely manner even if it’s on a weekend. I have done a refinance as well as purchased another home using Ryan as a broker and he made the process so easy and reduced a lot of the stress that comes with it. Additionally he did extra legwork for us that for items that typically wouldn’t fall under his scope of work and that other brokers most likely wouldn’t do just to make the process as easy as possible for us.

  Ryan goes above and beyond to find his clients the mortgage that fits them best. Being an unmarried couple needing to finance the home as two individuals, Ryan helped us jump thru several hoops we would not have been able to navigate on our own. He made a difficult situation seem easy as he walked us thru the steps and was available at ALL hours to answer any questions we had. We were able to purchase our first home and are now building a life that we've always dreamed of even though our credit was sub par. I would highly recommend Ryan to all my family and friends!
