  I have an auto loan through this bank. Every time I call, I'm put on hold forever. Member services is negligent and unprofessional. Even just trying to set up online banking is a hassle with this bank. I either have to mail a check or visit a location to pay via check or cash in person. No one even pays with checks anymore... except maybe old people. Get with the program!!!

  Who updates their website at 9pm eastern time not allowing access to its members? This credit union does. I also had a bad experience with a fraud case last year. They were very unprofessional in how they handled it and almost didn't return my money. They told me that I have to find the fraud and if I don't find it within 90 days then it can't be returned. For example, if someone was withdrawing $10 a month for a year without me knowing (fraud) they would only cover $30 because they only protect up to 90 days. I'm going to start looking for another credit union to join.

  Absolute worst customer service. I had a loan through them and during the first few months I repeatedly had to call them to remove a late payment off my credit report since the payment wasn't late and it was their mistake. Then every month for the next 3 months it would reappear on my credit and would have to go through the whole process again to get it removed, very frustrating. Now I paid off my loan, which by the way I had to do in person due to a non existent electronic payment system I asked when I could expect the title when and was told by the bank employee taking my payment that I would have it in 7 to 10 days. Well after 10 days and a bunch of go nowhere phone calls the title won't even be released another 4 days even though the payment cleared a week ago. Each phone call I've made and waited over an hour to talk with someone and once close to 24hrs after leaving a message!! Although never rude, the tone of the employees i've dealt with just don't seem to care, I felt like I was bothering them and use the same excuse with both of my issues I've had, "its bank policy"... The worst, take you business elsewhere. Executive Management, you should listen to some of the those recorded phone calls, it would be pretty eye opening if this review and many others like it are not enough for you to understand here's a serious problem!

  Horrible customer service. Tried calling numerous times, waiting on hold, only to be repeatedly disconnected. They owed me money from when I had an auto loan through them, and deducted 10$ because of a returned statement, that I never received. Then, to close my account, I have to jump through hoops (mail them a signed letter...for their 'auditing purposes"). I don't recommend using.

  Opened a checking account was told there was a one time fee and that I had to put 25 in savings as well...well I can't access the 25 unless I close my account..also a 5 dollar fee each month for the checking..doesn't seem like much but 5 dollars a month to a single mom of three kids..that 5 dollars is milk. Would have liked to know all of the facts..not just lies to get another account 🙄

  I live in Mass and use Triangle Credit Union. I have had an account with them for +- 10 years. Never any problems.

  Having an auto loan with Triangle Credit Union has been a complete nightmare. They lose checks. Their customer service is terrible and they do business like it is the 1950's. They make it virtually impossible to setup your account online and payments online. Avoid them by all means necessary. Never Again!

  I don't find the employees to be very knowledge based, esp at the Franklin st branch. I prefer the S Nashua branch. Not really sure how they got voted no. 1 with such low reviews. I'm trying to get a very simple statement from them, stating my avg deposits for the last year and I can't get it. Ridic. Going to try again tomorrow.

  Horrible customer service. Waited on phone for a hour to speak to someone in member services and finally got tired of holding and hung up. I called back and did as the prerecorded message said that when it was my turn in the Que they would call me back and still have not received a call back. It is time I find another credit union the cares about there customers and provides proper service.

  Horrible customer service. Waited on phone for over an hour to speak to someone in member services and finally got tired of holding and hung up. I am surprised that they have more than a 1 star rating. I am closing the account if I ever speak with anybody.
