  I cannot say enough good things about Katie! She made our home buying process easy from start to finish. Katie is extremely thorough, which I appreciated a lot. She was always kind when we talked on the phone, she never rushed me through our conversations and took the time to explain things to me when I had questions, and she is always very quick to respond to you via email, phone calls, or texts. If you are thinking about purchasing a home or refinancing, give Katie a call! She truly is the best!!

  This is my second time working with Katie, the other being when I first bought my home. The TL;DR is: great communication, listens to your needs, entirely hassle-free (what she can prepare, she prepares for you), and quick. The last being not the most important, but let's face it, the longer a process takes, the more you're left wondering what's going on? Any time I had a question, she followed up on whomever she needed to and informed me usually same day, even "after hours". Thanks as always Katie! It has been a pleasure!
