      I’m not available on week days so me and my two daughters show up 1/2 before opening on Saturday at 8:30 to open a bank account for both of my daughter. When the doors open the lady informs me that she can’t help me because they are booked and asked me to come back on Monday, could have at least tried to help. Just letting you know you lost two new customers and will be losing me soon as well. Chase down the street took us right in and gained 3 new customers. Great job Wells Fargo…

      I opened a new account with Cinthia and she was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain all my options and then went over the paperwork thoroughly before I signed. I had to set an appointment however the end result was a pleasant one. Everyone needs to be a little more patient and check the website before you just head out. We live in a different time now.

      I requested a notary as well & opening up an account. Brenda and her counterpart spoke very .condescending to me . I provided the document to open up an account that was requested it .I was further interrogated on what my address is where in the past lived. I provided one then she requested more ultimately I decided that this was not the type of people that I would like to do business with on a daily in decline to move any further with opening up an account. Is very unprofessional Thanks Brenda Rodriguez for showing your true colors!!!

      I talked with Lekyena over the phone. (I may have spelled her name wrong and I apologized if I did.) She was very helpful and very sweet. I needed to close my account and I was honesty nervous becuase I had no idea what I was doing. Overall highly satisfied.

      I have absolutely no issues with this bank.Every visit which is fairly regular the tellers are extremely friendly and helpful. Bank is clean and they have saftey measures in place wiping down counters etc. however providing disposable masks would be nice. Coming from another state it's was great to know how welcoming they are.I will always do my business here.Thank you!!

      Another winning customer service experience at this location. Told I had to wait to send a wire because I was 4th in line. Except the other 3 people weren’t here. Lady said we had to give them time. It was looking like she was going to make me wait 40 minutes for people who aren’t here so I can send my wire, but finally after 10 minutes, she helped me. The whole experience was just uncomfortable. Grateful I didn’t have to wait 40 minutes while she just sat there. So upgrading to 2 stars. In general, just felt this process is not very customer friendly.

      I came in the my local branch needing a transcation history and Yesenia told me she couldn't help because she said she had 7 people on hold a she told me i had to wait in the teller line while she sits on her computer doing nothing unacceptable!

      Hours are unpredictable and not updated on the sites that people use. No warning that if you want to speak to an agent you MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. The one day I was able to meet their ridiculous schedule they refused to work with me because I didn't know I needed an appointment. They told me to call their 24 hour 800 number. When I called, not only was the service I needed not 24 hours, they couldn't help me and said I needed to go into a branch. Now I have to take PTO from work just to open a checking account.

      Well. What can I say. I have been banking here for a long time. I have had my share of overdrafts, low balances. I am not a perfect customer. I have been in my eyes a loyal customer to the brand Wells Fargo. The way they treat some of their customers is terrible. I'm sure the "perfect customer" gets the respect and that little extra effort.
