  By far, the worst BofA I've ever been to. The manager doesn't give a damn about customers. Only one teller working. Judging by all the other horrible reviews, it's amazing how this manager still has a job here. She needs to be fired.

  Hire more tellers!!! It makes me feel like I'm going to walmart seeing one teller and having a long line of customers to the door everytime I come here. I'm stuck coming here cause the next one is 10 miles away. Hopefully someone who cares about the image of bank of america reads this. I've been a customer for 15+ years

  In on Friday at 2:18pm and one teller is working. Line is 10 people deep and teller is taking an average of 5 minutes per customer. Bank of America you do the math.

  Everytime I go there's one teller a bank manager walking around and 2 bankers and the manager walks up to you and tell you about how much you can do through the ATM. I waited an hour to talk to a teller. I felt bad for the 25 people behind me when I left at 5:10 knowing they'd be there for another hour.

  You guys should be on task focusing on what you're suppose to be doing. If something is wrong with the system or said computer get it fixed immediately. Another thing if you are showing around a new employee don't make them setup while there's at least twenty people waiting in line.

  Had an amazing experience. New to the area, needed a new account. Came in late Friday afternoon, Beth greeted me and had me out in 10 minutes set up with everything I needed. She even resolved an issue and took it into her own hands to handle it. Beyond impressed and give my thanks to Beth. Amazing and kind person to deal with.

  They closed my friend's account without telling her, froze all her assets and told her they'll mail her a cashier's check in a few weeks for her money. Said they have the right to close any account at any time 😱😱 they didn't need a reason. I am watching her struggle with the bills coming up cause they took her money. I will never bank here!

  This branch has went down hill since the last manager left the location. Poor service, never anyone there. It's so bad I moved my safe deposit box because the service and I only went to my box yearly.

  Place takes forever, low customer service, honestly the worst bank I’ve ever been too. You guys should should learn from Wells Fargo now that’s a real bank.

  My husband went to cash his check like he always does on Fri like he has since 2007. The cashier said she is holding every penny til Tuesday because its an out of state acct. But live here since 2011. I cant get gas or feed my kids or animals til Tuesday she was cold and heartless at the buckeye BOA. Thx!
