  Very friendly and courteous staff , they are also very knowledgeable and are always willing to help love this branch and staff would highly recommend all to join. And love the app so easy and simple to use to check account and transfer funds .

  if I could rate them a zero I would! mike rivas is worthless and would rather go on vacation than get together the paperwork that needs to be done. we were supposed to close on the 24th of August and its now the 10th of September. we've been in a hotel since the 19th of August and its not cheap by any means. they dont care about being professional nor do they care about the hardships they bestow upon people and they have made that abundantly clear.

  I hadn’t cashed a check in a while so I was little confused but the person who helped me was indeed very helpful and I didn’t feel stupid :).

  DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BANK. First off they have this thing where they hold off your money for 10 days then they extend it to 30 to make money off of it very unprofessional and it’s a Walmart bank how are you gonna trust it😂.
