  Overall great customer service, anytime I have walked through the doors I have always been greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The tellers have always been extremely helpful anytime I have had any issues and always directed me to the correct people to help with any needs and always got me in and out with no issues. If you are needing a new bank with employee's who care, this is the one for you!

  Attempted to co-sign on a loan for a New car for our recent college graduate. She is newly employed and had $2000 down payment. My Ga would only loan $20,000 at 9.9% with me on her note. Her credit is OK and mine is great. Lanier Federal Credit Union loaned total minus deposit ( $29,600 ) at 1.99% with me on the note. I will be moving my account.

  Ms. Cantrell with My Georgia Credit Union in Flowery Branch is the best!!! We refinanced a car with her recently. Actually, this was the second car we refinanced with her. She is Wonderful to work with! We got everything done in about the same day! She is very professional and very friendly. She is very up front with everything. No surprises at all. We will be using her again, and we have already referred friends and family to her if they ever need something.

  I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Janice and Johnny at the Gainesville branch. My husband and I recently made an auto purchase and financed with My Georgia. Janice and Johnny made the process so easy. They worked around our work hours and made sure to answer every question we had. Loved working with them!

  My experience with this location was excellent and the staff here are attentive and very friendly. Recently, my husband and I needed help with opening a new account and our rep Caitlin, was very helpful with assisting us, answering our questions, and made the process easy.

  By far the best credit union especially for auto loans I have done 3 with them and it is hassle free and they are very fair. Ask for Dana and Janet there amazing. (Gainesville)

  I came here to refinance my vehicle, Jonny was amazing and really helped me out as I didn’t really have any idea on how refinancing works. He walked me through it all, answered all my questions and genuinely showed he cared about my finances. Definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to refinance!!! He’s awesome!!!!
