  One Main is always sending letters to loan $3000 dollars to me. Have had a loan always working with them for many years but everytime I call for that loan they offer, they refuse me. Never missed a payment, good credit. They are a low quality company with high interest rates. Wouldnt recommend, they send a renewal notice once a month but never follow through on their offers.   Go to your bank, do not pay 35% interest for a loan or let them try to refinance a car that you didn’t even send over the info for so they can charge 32,000 for $19,000 and your car interest rate would be double what you’re paying now. Keep your hard earned money and go somewhere worthy

  This organization will steal from you. They pulled my husband's payment twice, 2 days after he gave them said payment, effectively stealing $167 from our account, and refusing to refund it, or pay back the overdraft fees THEY CAUSED after he had ALREADY made the payment. These people are the absolute worst. Especially Josh, he's the least helpful person we have ever encountered. Edit: he had to actually go down there to get it straightened out, and they had to cut him a physical check for the money. A time consuming p.i.t.a. that no one should have to deal with, when their payments have been on time.

  I've had a loan since March 2015 and so far I've been treated very well, all questions answered quickly. They've been very helpful, had a problem once and it was resolved same day with no further problems.
