      No branch problems to report, however please be advised that this branch is closing effectively February 18, 2022. They are directing their customers to go to the Gainesville Main Branch, 455 Jesse Jewell Pkwy SW, Gainesville, GA 30501.

      Nice bank. But, only 2 tellers and had to wait 10 minutes. Also, the guy at the desk said they don't have deposit tickets anymore. When I got to the teller she confirmed this. I don't particularly like this policy. My Suntrust bank I go to does the deposit slips in Dahlonega, Ga. I would like you to go back to this. It's very frustrating when I have to pay rent and can't put my information on the deposit slip that is needed for my landlords reference when she checks her account. This is rather an inconvenience bc now there is not a back up copy if the teller makes a mistake too.

      Been a bank customer for 12 yr and since merger they are constantly over drafting my acct they hold my direct deposits 2 days then when I get paid every 2 weeks I have bills to pay and they take all my money with overdraft charges then when I call to ask why the person I spoke to was very hateful will be taking my banking else where
