  Nikki is the best! She lead me through the refinancing of a rental property and it was so easy and fast. I am the third person in my family to go to Nikki Edwards at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, so you know she must be the best, and I highly recommend her. My only regret is I didn't do it a year ago! So if you have been thinking about buying a house or refinancing, don't wait!

  Eric and Briitanie practices and procedures in place made the transaction a rather easy and smooth process. If the vendor had not delayed the appraisal and appraisal report we would have closed sooner! But that was beyond Eric's control. I would partner again on future transactions and refer to family and friends.

  A truly great experience ! We worked with Eric Mueller He was wonderful , from the beginning to very end Eric was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had . The information he provided us was always accurate and right on schedule . Eric was there every step of the way making our home buying experience totally stress free.
