  I have been a member of this bank for over 15-16 yrs now if now longer. I go into this bank today asking to buy some change to get a very hard "No" by the branch manager. Keep in mind Im a manager at another close by business and wasnt asking to buy them out of change. My comment to the manager was "any amount will help us." It is sad that I was able to turn around and go to the super market behind the branch and get some change when MY bank told me "NO". Goes to show not all branches have great customer service toward their members. I will never return to this branch and hope that Suncoast does something to fix the attitude of its branch managers.
