  I’ve been a Realtor for many years and this last transaction was really a tough one that was declined by other lenders. I called Mutual Home Mortgage in Brea and Mr. Dobbs and his team jumped right on my clients file, (they really do pick up the phone 24/7). Within a day they had the file ready to submit to the lender and within another few days had an approval. The loan still had other challenges, but Mr. Dobbs’ team was on top of all of them! They are not only experts at what they do but they really do care about their clients. They stayed in close communication with me throughout the transaction and worked with me and the clients closely to handle the issues that came up without delay. Yesterday, I received an email and text from Mr. Dobbs and his team that the loan had funded. What great news! The clients are very happy and grateful for all their hard work. They really went above and beyond to get the loan approved. The clients are now, as we speak, in the process of moving into their beautiful new home! Sometimes, in the course of the day-today pressures of closing a real estate transaction, it is easy to lose sight of the fact that a closed deal is more than just voluminous pages of perfectly signed and dotted contracts or meeting contractual deadlines. When you see your clients’ grateful appreciation when a deal closes, you get reminded that you helped that person achieve their dream of homeownership. And that is priceless. For making that possible, I want to thank Dan, Tom and Tim. I will be calling MHM again and I highly recommend them.

  We just closed our third loan with Dan Dobbs and his team (Tom and Tim) at Mutual Home Mortgage! We weren’t sure to buy another home or just remodel our current home. Dan patiently walked us thru each scenario and every financing option until we could make a clear decision. He even took our calls at 10:30 at night and we talked for an hour. Now our pool installation and remodel begins next week!
