  Banking here in very pleasant as they offer many services and if you need to speak with a human they are very helpful and friendly. Check them out if you're considering a change 👍

  Rude. Won’t open in time citing “technical issues” from a guy walking in the front door in a sweater saying “a couple minutes”. When asked if that meant 2 minutes (with 8 of us waiting to get in now), he had a rude and defensive response. Employees sitting at desks vs. helping a long line. NOTE: I watched them try to log into their system 1 minute before opening time. WhY not get technical issues figured out BEFORE a minute before opening time? Their time is apparently more valuable than the customers time.

  Unfortunately, there is always a line and not enough tellers. I don't understand why it is always this way. On two occasions there were customer backed up to the door (more than 20 people in line) and a customer asked to speak to a manager regarding the back up... on both occasions the customers were told there is no manager in the branch that day. Seems suspicious.

  Went there to ask about some investments they were busy and the manager said that they will have someone call me back. Never got a phone call. I told her that you guys never call me back before!!! I guess this bank doesn’t want my business!!!!

  Visited here on a rush and was tended to quickly by Edgar the greeting teller and he helped me expedite the process for depositing a payroll check and even went the extra mile to offer getting my routing info to make my future banking more convenient.

  Not up to chases standard. Requested a follow up from manager Melinda multiple times and got no response. Has no care for customer service what so ever. Will be going to different branch going forward.

  Parking problems, 15 min looking for parking and nothing leaving without deposit. Sorry i won't come back. No cares about parking means lose buissnes.

  You won’t see the bank on the street, it’s hidden. Look for Wells Forgo Bank and turn in. You will see it near two restaurants
