      PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET A CHASE ACCOUNT AND CALL IT A DAY. please do not waste your time and money . First Financial CU is at best an inconvenient place to bank at its worst the DEEPEST CIRCLE OF HELL . I got an auto loan with this credit union and every month they invent new ways to charge me an additional $35 more than my car note. They literally make things up. once they charged me for a bad mailing address when i use the same address as my mother (who has been a member for years). They don't report to my credit which might be a blessing in disguise because despite me putting ample funds in my account each month for my car payment the transfer always seems to fail. You literally would spend the same amount of money dealing with a real bank like chase , wells fargo etc plus you would save yourself so much time in dealing with customer service agents who" just cant help" you. After months of taking additional fees with no efforts on FFCU's part to rectify anything I'm am done! Whats funny is credit unions have this reputation of being helpful because they are smaller they "care" more. Nothing could be further from the truth i have never felt so unsafe with my money and my credit. I implore you to bank elsewhere.

      I just walked up to the ATM machine to try to deposit money and there was a guy outside who was cleaning it. He said the machine was down. I asked him when it would be back in service and he said 15 minutes - I then asked him if I could please just deposit one transaction it would take two minutes. He said no and to come back in 15 minutes. Well with someone who has a strict lunch schedule and since I just drove all the way to that location to give them my business, I thought it wouldn’t be so much to ask to simply deposit my check. He didn’t explain why he wouldn’t allow me to deposit the money. I’m extremely put off and will not be coming back.

      Was so excited this credit union opened close to me. I was able to get my son and daughter an auto loan with a low apr. Bridget is so helpful and will go above and beyond.

      Idk I just use the app mainly, but they dropped my APR from 11.45% to 2.3% so... 5 stars for them

      This is worst credit union ever, all their want is get you sign and start charging you all kinds of fee, worst than the bank...try at your own risk...!

      This place is not closed , don't know why google's map says that is permanently closed, When to do business last week 3/2016 still Open.
