  Update Finally was able to get through to the vp of operations and was able to express my concerns. After a nice conversation we where able to get my issues addressed we will see what the future brings I have been with this bank since 07 when I started an account this was a top notch place to bank. Over the last several years it’s service has been declining. I use to be treated like s person at this bank. It’s sad to say the personal feelings that we use get have by far gone out the window. If you want to be treated like just another number I highly recommend this place. It’s a sad day that I have to leave this review I will be looking at other options to move not only my personal but my business accounts as well. Service has gone extremely down hill it seems like they are too busy growing than to care about customers anymore it’s a complete shame greed has definitely taken over. I would suggest looking for other places to bank.I can’t even get a return phone call anymore.I have purchased five vehicles two campers a house a tractor and a boat though them and now they treat you like you don’t even exist that’s the way I would want to treat someone that has made well over 100 grand worth of purchase with you. I guess I just don’t have enough money to be important to them anymore they have completely forgotten the little guy.

  I've banked here for over 10 years, used to love it, but the turn over rate is so ridiculous and what used to seem like a family now seems like strangers who dont care. Checks I've been cashing for years have started being hold for days, which caused my first late payment on my cc and lowered my credit score. I would like to say I'm overreacting when I say I wait over 10 mins everytime I deposit anything, even when they have 4 workers in lobby and no other customers, but I'm not. There's a couple vets in customer service that work hard, but others just pass the buck around til you get a voice-mail. Find a different bank, don't get caught up in their mess til they figure it out.

  Would give 0 if I could. They set up payment arrangements and then still shut your card off. I have called over 12 times and they just keep hanging up on me leaving me stranded in the snow for hours because they don’t want to answer the phone. WORSE BANK IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!

  Almost 20 years and now leaving because they can't/won't let you know that you have an account that has an issue. Instead they charge you and expect you to just smile and be happy. Go elsewhere and save your headache. And money.

  Honestly they don't even deserve a one star. We applied for a truck loan and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a bank.

  I would never leave this credit union. Andrew is the best loan officer around and works very hard to get you the help you need. He is always super friendly and will get back to you the day you leave a message if he's busy when you call. Everyone has always been so helpful and getting through to someone on the phone is really easy.

  The business hours are terrible. Closed on Saturday and if you work till 5pm, during the week, forget it, they are closed before you get there.

  Great service, great rates, great people. It can get busy at times but it never seems to take very long to get through. Foremly known as CU Credit Union.

  I never want to get a loan anywhere else!!! Ida makes everything seem so easy, simply, and effortless working with her! She is honest and upfront about everything!!! BEST LOAN OFFICER EVER!!!!

  I really appreciate how friendly they are. I didn’t realize how cold and unreceptive my other bank was until I opened an account here. Now I wish I’d been with them from the start, as I enjoy doing business with people who actually care. Quality customer service, decent rates, and very pleasant environment.
