    Had a very positive experience when opening a new student account. They showed me everything and were committed to helping me. Only problem was that the tellers are only working until noon and sometimes the bank would be closed on a weekday.

    Worse mortgage experience of my life. My mortgage specialist Lisa and her boss Annette didn’t do a good job of working efficiently on my loan and it took way longer than anticipated. My loan structure also changed 2 days before closing, Because they’re team failed to inform me of there errors. Ended up paying way more that we wanted!!!! I would never recommend them to anyone.

    Time to close this location as it is beyond bad. It does not serve the customers and opens when it has the Spirit to open. Never in my 50 years of life have I seen a bank like this. US Bank Corp close this bank and let Springfield place something useful there like a Apartment Building.

    This banks actual operating hours rarely matches what they post online. If you go inside they tell you to make an appointment. More than once they have messed up basic deposits and withdrawals through the drive thru. They have deposited or withdrew money from a business or personal account that was supposed to be done in the other account. I suspect they are closing this banking location because they told me to move my safety deposit box again. This is the second time they have asked me to do this as they closed the first location I was using. I am in the process of moving to another bank.

    US Bank as a corporation could care less about good customer service but this branch in particular is exceedingly unhelpful. I closed one of my three accounts (soon to be all three), but somehow it didn't get closed properly (according to the US Bank customer service rep Melanie). Seriously avoid US Bank as an organization and definitely use another branch (shouldn't be hard considering their lobby is closed without an appointment and the drive through is only open a whopping two hours a day during the week - no weekend hours) if you absolutely must use US Bank save yourself the headache and use a different branch.

    A bunch of employees working but no teller drove 20 minutes to deposit money. Online it says its open but got the branch and the drive up was closed went inside to see plenty of employees no1 willing to put money in my account ridiculous.

    Not only are drive-through hours of 10 to 12 ridiculous, now the commercial lane is closed. Terrible for business. Now, after being asked to go to a different lane, they tell me a wait is necessary because of lobby customers. I feel sorry for the staff. If they are being coached to think this is the best in customer service, it is not true.

    They have closed the branch that I used and that has been a great big problem for my husband and myself. I think that the reason that they are closing someone somehow stole 750.00 out of my joint savings account and accused me saying that my signature matched. And they are using that as a way to get out of that branch. But who knows I am just a bankie 😏😏. I don't know anything.

    Terrible branch that won't do anything and actually tells you to seek the other locations for your needs. Not sure why this one exists. Was told they cannot do anything but "account maintenance?" Go elsewhere. Hours of availability are also terrible, but every US Bank is that way now.

    I started using the downtown branch more often about 3 years ago. I've found it in general is alright. About a year ago, I figured out a day later or two that the bank must have shorted me $4. I called down there, told them the day and time and found out they were $4 long that day. I collected my money. Recently, I had a transaction I've never had--a business that doesn't take checks returned a money order of mine since they discontinued the service I wanted. I called the branch to ask if they could help me get my money back from the money order. They said yes--bring it in and endorse it "not used for purpose intended". I get down there and they have changed their mind--won't take it. I called corporate and they agreed it was fine and would call the branch if they had not closed yet, but ultimately it was the branch manager's decision. Took it over to a local bank I don't do much business with, and they took it, without even a hold. US Bank puts holds on everything I give them, including cash. All the other places I have accounts with treat me better even though I do much less business with them. I do business with US Bank because of their far flung branches all over the country, particularly in the mountain west. Four star network, one star service; thus, three stars total. I'm not rich, but I've been with US Bank 14 years and done nearly 2 million in transactions with them, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they absolutely need their network.
