  We have worked with several associates with Central Bank. We were hesitant to move, because change is difficult, but in the end we are so happy we moved our business and personal accounts over! Jo (Assistant Vice President) at (Hammons Tower Branch) and her team along with Heather (Business Development Specialist) have made sure that we received the very best treatment! Today I was able to call and talk to a live person without being put on hold, or transferred. It is so nice to be able to speak with the actual people in my branch that I deal with and they know who I am. BEST DECISION EVER!

  Being welcomed moments after crossing the threshold into this friendly establishment washed away all doubts, hesitations, and negative preconceived ideas about financial institutions that have been drilled into my head by the other businesses I have mistakenly entrusted with my hard earned money. Jo helped me open an account that fit my needs in a timely manner, and sent me back to work from my "lunch break" with a brand new account, a savings plan, a smile, and a love for not only this branch, but also her.   I have always had great experiences at particular branch. They've gone above and beyond to help me when I've had a difficult transactions. Katie is usually the one to greet me with a pleasant hello and the brightest smile. I always feel welcomed here.

  Central Bank at Hammons tower is absolutely my favorite bank to go to when I need any help at all. I’ve been using them for the last 15 years. Everyone there is always friendly, quick at their job and eager to help in any way possible. Plus the blonde teller is pretty cute. Make sure to go see them for any of your banking needs.

  My wife and I switched over to Central Bank about 2 years ago. It's the best banking decision we've made! Out encounter with Jo at the Hammon Towers branch prompted us to make this move. Since that time we have received the customer service that has exceeded our expectations!

  This is literally the best Central Bank in the Mid-West, the staff is always very nice and attentive and knows how to do thier job with upmost care and professionalism. I especially like Katie the most to be honest, she is always happy!
