      Absolutely worst branch. Avoid at all costs. I spent 10 minutes in the drive through and none of the cars ever moved. I don't know if they only have one teller or if their staff just doesn't care. I finally gave up after 10 minutes and left to drive across town to a branch that actually knows how to help their customers.

      Best bank ever! Everything about Arvest is convenient. Their app & smart atm are above industry standard. If I deposit a check by app on Friday night $200 is available immediately and the rest by me Monday morning. No other bank makes your money available to you faster.

      My husband had his debit card stolen and then used. The convenienceof same day retrieveal for a debit card is great! The staff for the most part is great. However, I do not feel at all, they take fraud seriously! We filed a police report and the bank can't tell us half the info we need! Such as time and store number nor location, that is what we were told. It takes a FULL 10 DAYS to even credit charges at all. When my husband ask what kind of procedure this was, they informed him this is like any other bank. Not true, I had my debit card stolen along with his, Capital one had credits back on the account within 2 days, and a full investigation. My son's prepaid company Rushcard already has his credits back within 2 days as well! My husband could not even shut his card off on the app, vs I could to help prevent any further spending. By the time he got in the bank at 9am several charges already occurred, where as mine stopped because I was able to cut mine off in my app until a bank rep was available for me at capital one. This is awful! The platform is dinosaur 1995! No features at ALL! My husband will be moving banks after this! Dually noted, they have a "toll free line" to call for missing/stolen cards. Seconds matter in situations like this. He did not have a number if he didn't have a card to call from on back! Whereas, I was able to open my banking app within seconds of realizing what was going on, and shut it off. NOW my options are banking taking reality that fraud exist and gives us in matter of seconds to stop it further , this is Capital One of course! Everything matters in situations like this, for our protection! Seconds, time everything. In no way am I endorsing any bank, however, an Arvest Rep proceeds to tell my husband this is just like all other Banks...REALLY! For the sake of 2019, security , and peace of mind get features that are not uncommon such as my son's prepaid bank Rushcard you can pause your card. However it is taken on for identity, do it! Set it up in the app, re-evaluate your "so called normal process like other Banks" Holidays are coming up, fraud/theft of debit cards are the highest, I feel sorry for the bankers that endure or become a victim, because Arvest will make them a victim too! I truly hope to see Arvest up their security features at the touch of a button. We need to trust you with the money we deposit/do banking with.

      UPDATE: STILL HAVE YET TO BE RESOLVED AND AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I FEEL VIOLATED AND LIED TO. THIS IS DISGUSTING A BANK THAT HANDELA PEOPLES MONEY FUTURE AND SAVINGS TREATS CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. I AM BEONG 100% LIED TO AND REPEATED WHAT THEG ARE SAGING TO ME JUST TO IRRITATE ME AMD GET ME OFF THE PHONE SO NOTHING HAPPENES. I'd if it's the company it's self or just this branch but this bank/company is the worst. They will steal your money and lie to you 100% tell you 1 thing then do a nether. 100% unexcepable excpecially when dealing with my family finances. If I could give a negative rating I would.

      Marsha and her team are fantastic!! Very friendly and welcoming!! Robin Schilling and her lending team are second to none. Jenaleigh is the glue that keeps the Commercial lending team together!! Awesome people!! Be proud and recognize these folks Arvest!!

      Even though Arvest has decent deals on checking accounts, we have dealt w mistake after mistakes for years now. Some staff are helpful and decent while others are arrogant and actually hinder vs addressing issues. Very disappointed!

      I went in last mouth to change my bank card because I keep getting charges from somewhere. In the end the lady just gave me a NEW CARD with new picture not a new number. So guess what 228.00 came out of my account again.
