  Team Romero guided us through the mortgage process seamlessly. Incredible communication and customer service.   Johnatan and Team Romero were totally awesome! Out of all the times I have gone through the process of buying a house, this was the easiest yet. He was able to address my concerns about my finances and suggest options to better my situation. He and his team guided me through every step of the way and it was very easy and the result was being able to purchase my new home!   My family is relocating to the Charlotte area and started out with a bad experience in house hunting, we changed realtors and they suggested movement and spoke very highly of Johnathan and his team. That was an understatement as they were able to get us approved and ready to close in under 3 weeks and the professionalism and communication was the best I've ever experienced buying anything let alone a major purchase such as a home. If you choose anyone else you'll regret it. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

  Johnatan Romero and his team were nothing short of excellent. When my girlfriend and I found the home we wanted, we took action quickly and aggressively since that is what it takes in today's market. However, as first time homebuyers flying blind into this process, it made us very nervous. We looked at Rocket Mortgage and Truist. Rocket was quick but their terms and methods seemed... predatory. Truist could not act quickly and asked us to extend our close. A friend recommended Johnatan and my only regret is that he was not our first stop. He and his team opened with fantastic rates/terms and tackled the 30 day close with a week to spare. They did all of this on top of walking two novices through the process and making sure we knew what each step meant. They have made this journey very easy and enjoyable, and we are going into our closing date next week with nothing but excitement. Thank you Movement Mortgage and Team Romero.

  Johnathan and his team are razor sharp. They provide you with a check list of needs - all you have to do is provide the financial details and his teams does all the work. If you need fast results better call movement.

  We closed in 2 separate loans over a week ago. this was one of the best experiences I have had with a financial entity like Movement Bank. before we went with this company we had been turned down for 2 other loan officers/companies because of the difficult task on the requirements and documentation that these loans would demand. Johnathan Romero accepted us since the very beginning and fact that he calls "Team Romero" is indeed very true. after a long and journey. we both have our homes and are very happy with all the results. especial thanks to Lizzette, Donna and Daniel and I am sure a few more people behind the scenes. the team was patient, firm and on target. regards, Bruno

Team Romero helped us to address some of the issues caused by that company’s errors and worked with us to take advantage of the current interest rates.   I purchased my first home with Team Romero Nov 2015 and it was such a wonderful and painless experience. I was treated with the upmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. When I decided to refi my home 5 years later, there was no decision to make Team Romero to the rescue again. Johnatan and Jordan were absolutely amazing!!! I wondered if the process could be so great again and it absolutely was. They have always been available anytime day/night to answer any questions and we closed so quickly, it was unbelievable!
