  Love how close this is too my home and love how helpful everyone is when there is an issue but... I tried to see my balance on the 24 hour phone banking and it wouldn't take my pin and my account keeps getting locked everytime I try the phone banking. This is the 3rd time this month that this bank has done this and it's getting REAL old. I also can't seem to log into the mobile banking app as well. the main branch in CDA ID is the reason for all this but it sure is a headache and inconvenient for me, thinking about banking elsewhere.

  Great customer service! As a Montana resident visiting Spokane it was nice to know our banks are sister banks. I needed to withdraw money from Glacier account and was able to do so. The drive through was a bit confusing... nothing in the far lane and the atm was in the first lane.

  Love this bank the staff is very nice they make you feel welcome every time you go in there.. They go out of there way to make you happy and help you the best they can... There right on with what I should have in my account so far I'm very pleased with them

  1. They do not credit check you for a checking account. 2. They do not ask for a non refundable opening fee. 3. The initial $50 is yours to open the account and can be spent that same day. 4. You get an opening gift. 5. Your referer person gets a gift and so do you for every referee there after. 6. You gain $2.50 for every card with your name on it to get securely shredded. 7. You get an ATM reimbursement from non branch ATMs up to five times per month. Very friendly service as well. The picture was the gift I chose for opening.

  Incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid this bank at all costs!!! Never ever bank with this company. They don't take you or your business seriously. They took three and a half hours and several phone calls to simply pass paperwork within the building. They lied about it until called on their dishonesty. Could not be more dissatisfied.

  Staff are amazing. Love my bank. I would say only thing is I wish they had more atm so you can do deposits.

  Really bad bank. Whenever you ge my a new card you have to call a company so you can use it to shop online. 1/10 would NOT recommend!

  Nothing but the highest praise for this bank. Haven't been banking here long, but every time I walk in, I am greeted with a hello, followed by my name. I have always had a positive experience when working with the tellers or loan officers. I have worked directly with the Branch Manager and let me tell you she is truly a gem. I feel very informed every time I work with her. Great bank to deal with and have ZERO issues with trusting them with my finances.
